This, so much this. I'd love to have a Titanium SHF so much.

I'd love one two. I could never find the Super Legend Titanium which was an awesome figure from what I've seen.

I still doubt that this would ever happen. The Titanium Ranger would probably not sell enough in japan for Tamashii Nations to make one.

Why not make it just to be sold in America then? I'm sure the fanbase here would be enough to justify it's existence.

Because the production cost would probably be way to high to warrant it. The only US Only Figuart is the Female Tiger Ranger. thats essentialy just the Pink ranger without a skirt and a new Head. The Titanium Figure would be an all new sculpt with a bunch of unique parts they could never reuse for another figure.

Yeah but they can still sell those in japan as well. Titanium is something that is so unfamiliar to the kjapanese market that it wouldnt sell.

Its just that I highly doubt that the us market could sustain a figure of this magnitude all on its own.

Wait isnt the Armored Black Ranger a US exclusive or is that getting released in Japan as well? Ive only seen announcements for SDCC so far.

Yup its a US exclusive. But like I mentioned earlier it has parts that were included with other figures already plus its just a convention exclusive.

Maybe I´m just to sceptical about it but I just cant see Titanium happen in the next years :lol

What else would it be? Of course it was just going to be the body for Armored Red with Black's helmet. Why would it be any different? Hell, the male rangers all use the same body to begin with. That is why I am surprised we don't have at least the male DaiRangers yet. The only thing that needs to be new are the helmets.

Still...they could've at least tried to be original. Could've given us those SWAT Dekas or Mele & Rio.

Why? And why do people keep complaining about this exclusive? You're honestly telling me youd rather have a brand new character who hasnt had a figure yet, that would be in high demand as the exclusive, as opposed to a minor retool that not everybody needs? Armored Black is the perfect kind of con exclusive and one Im more than happy to pick up.

I guess the other PR teams could be made now due to fan help in the US similar to what happen with the DBZ figurarts.

1. It is pointless to bother with the SWAT Dekas until they give us every other team out there. Upgrade forms are the last things they should be doing at this point in time.

2. I agree with Den-O. Convention exclusives should be repaints and versions of already released characters, which both Vegeta and Armored Black scream. That is also why the Shinkenger set was a perfect exclusive as it was repaints of already existing figures.

Now I am a little disappointed they aren't doing any more speciality stands as I really think they should have done more than just Green, Red, and Armored Red.

I hope all the people lobbying for a Zedd ZERO will buy this, otherwise Bandai will never throw a bone again. I'm passing on it though, not a fan of ZEROs personally.

As for the other teams getting Figuarts, give me a set of Megaranger, Timeranger and Ohranger like, yesterday. If you replaced Ohranger with Magiranger then those are my top choices for Figuarts after the rest of the Jetman ever.

I would buy a Grifforzer or Bandora Zero, but not Zedd. Why would I want a Zedd that is permanently sitting down for like $40+ when I could pick up a posseable Bandai America one for $20?

Because its Tamashii Nations making a figure that is undeniably 100% for the American market and in scale with Figuarts (which Legacy Zedd will not be).


If you are a fan of what Bluefin's doing with Power Rangers, and want to see it continue, you are obligated to buy this. Think about it like this: if enough people buy this, then there may be a possibility of a full on Figuarts Zedd being made. If you don't, then there is absolutely no chance. They won't see it as a lack of interest in Figuarts Zero, but a lack of interest in Lord Zedd and American exclusive characters.

Because the Bandai of America one, despite posability, would be a piece of crap?

At least the Zero would be a high quality mini-statue on his throne, scaled properly to be compatible with other things. A BOA fig would be neither.

I disagree with this. No one is obligated to do anything. I'm not going to buy it in hopes that there may be a posseable one down the line. However, I don't care about Zedd, I care about Grifforzer and Bandora. I'm still not going to buy Zedd in hopes that it is going to get Bandai to make the ones I want. I've done that before in the past and it lead to nothing except for a shelf full of clutter and figures I did not really want.

Scaled with what though? ZEROs are significantly bigger then Figuarts so this will mostly be a stand alone piece.

There's still no appropriate figure of Zedd that'll work with Figuarts so this is an easy pass for me. But I do think that those that wanted and were lobbying for MMPR ZEROs should purchase it to support what BOJ are doing for International buyers. I have a feeling though that this won't sell as well as what people were claiming when asking for it, which is a bit sad.

All of the Rider ZEROs in the past have been scaled with contemporary SHFs, so I imagine Zedd would be too...

Which is exactly the point I was trying to make. A Zero at least scales with SHF's unlike a BOA figure.

Honestly I can't think of much that I would do with Zedd OTHER than have him sit around looking imposing.
