Thing is that Micchy expressing resentment over his former friends really isn't anything new. Yeah, he offered salvation to Rat earlier, but at this point, he literally only cares about Mai. It doesn't offer insight or anything, since Micchy has been like this for a while now.
And no, I did not hear, since I try to avoid spoilers since sometimes not knowing how a story will end until you actually reach that point is a good thing.

That the end of the show was unresolved. It's not so much that they wrapped up the story arcs in Blade, just that the subcharacters like Mutsuki were so prevalent through the series (much like Mitsuzane) and then there was no real ending for his part of the story. Kazuma was turned into an Undead much like we're seeing Kouta and Kaito become Overlords. My concern is that they're just going to leave it at that and then give a poor movie bookend instead of ending the story inside the series. I don't mind so much the same type of ending, but I would love a resolution that doesn't involve alternate realities, crossovers, or things that are meaningless. Gaim's been a good story, I think it's earned an ending.

I argue that Mutsuki's story wrapped up well, he got over the Spider Undead and past his weak/angsty emotions that let the Spider control him. But maybe that's just me.

What? How is that not unresolved? In Blade, it was explained that Kenzaki forced the transformation to re-start the Battle Fight, and chose to live in solitude and away from Hajime so Hajime could have a normal life. I'll give you Mutsuki's lack of an ending, though.

That ended his series long story arc, but not resolution for the character himself. His appearance in the end was playing basketball with his kinda/sorta girlfriend, wasn't it?

So it transfers her soul into Mai's body making a new being. That's why she has different colored eyes and blonde hair. From the Queen inside her. and as another mind-screw without the condom She goes back in time, like we've seen her before whenever someone important received a LockSeed (like Kouta, Kaito, Micchy), because she doesn't want to see Kouta become an Overlord. Only this time it works and she uses her powers to stop the infection from spreading and closing all the cracks. Sacrificing herself to save Kouta.

I know Micchy is a messed up bastard who deserves to die...and yet like Kusaka I find his brand of crazy too fascinating to want to see him die yet.

Last episode I half expected Micchy to throw a fit when he learned Roshuo put the golden power to possibly save humanity in Kouta's hands, but instead he actually decided to see if he could change Roshuo's decision on the fate of humanity, by having him interact with the one person he believes could change his mind. (Not for others of course, just to save his/Mai's life)

So he kidnaps Mai, the one human he believes deserves protecting. Who like Micchy says "always made the very best out of what was going on around you(her)" and makes her own future. For example when the Beat Riders were blamed for the inves, she was the most adamant and proactive about clearing there name not giving up. And even if that was only a temporary fix she was still able to make the best of the situation by creating a new dance team with those who loved to dance so they could focus on dancing, which allows her to keep living her childhood dream in a way much better than before...

My God if being trapped with Roshuo Mai is somehow able to prove to him that determination and he decides she is that "single human with the potential to choose another future" he needs to change his perspective on humanity...it's crazy but there is still a chance it might work!

And if Roshuo decides Mai isn't worth protecting, well all of humanities doomed anyway including Micchy so why would he cry over 'spilled milk'(well in his mind, obviously humanity is going to be saved by the end of the show)

I am seriously questioning my sanity if Micchy's insane plans somehow make sense to me....

Ryouma's performance and comments seem to confirm that the Genesis Driver has quite massive power potential that can be unlocked by the user under certain situations.

Ryouma was able to easily pwn an overlord with Lemon Energy, where as Baron and Peach were far closer in performance to Demushu.

It may explain how Mitsuzane was able to eat the dual Kaito/Kouta attack last episode. He used more of the Genesis Drivers power thru sheer insanity
