Neither did I! I randomly read the new stuff was showing up so I did some hunting this week and finally found it on a trip to see my parents :lol it's not quite as spectacular as I was hoping, but its a nice display piece. Will put some more pics in the Who thread at some point.

Haha really? I hadn't been trying hard at all but I checked out a Target for the first time down here (and might be the last given how much of a mess it was...) to see if they got Rattrap or the new SW Black Series wave in. Only thing they had of interest was Whirl. Four of them. So of course I got one, but still a little disappointing heh.

Yeah it was weird, I hadn't heard about him being hard to find or anything but it seems like no stores in my area have had him in stock (or at least not when I've been there). I'd been wanting him the most of the recent figures since he's one of my favorites in the MTMTE comic, but it wasn't until today that I finally found him.

Also picked up some books while I was out... Finally going to start A Song of Ice and Fire.

Found this at a random gamestop in Virgina today when I was out with the family on our last road trip. Super happy! and I still have time to cancel the one I ordered online. This was also the last brand new sealed copy to... SO HAPPY

That's a human hair attached to his face. I can't seem to do anything to remove it either :( I've sent an email to GSC and complained, so hopefully their customer service will pull through and they'll send me a replacement face. Considering how Japanese collectors seem to get annoyed by the littlest discrepancies, I'm hoping they'll find this as unsightly as me.

My big purchases arrived today, but not without some heartbreak. The DX Great Baan Gaan was listed on Yahoo Auctions as "Unopened" but it turns out it was resealed: MachSperion's gun, one bullet, the instructions, and the screw hole plugs were all missing. Given the price, I'm gonna try to raise a claim with the middleman service I use, but I'm not expecting them to do much.
It just sucks.. Baan Gaan has been a grail of mine since I saw him in the Brave/Eldoran toy guide book and it is the most expensive figure I've ever purchased. And boy let me tell you Baan Gaan really needs his instructions. CM's uses a lot of partsforming to make excellent-looking modes, a lot of the pieces are very tiny, and very delicate.

The Gosaurer is the original Japanese release with the chrome pieces. Quest Knight and Power Nose were sealed new.

That's one heck of a haul, good sir! I'm almost ashamed to post my one little item today! :lol

(If you ever decide to part ways with that Gokaiger pin, let me know. :D)
