The claws do need to deploy, and action that the web most likely would restrict.

It's like trying to open scissors that have their blades taped together.

But I don't see how this affects the kamakiri blades...

Because Peter already has them on usually, and they take literally a milisecond to snap on.

At first, but then Spidey would just web around the blades. He's fought enemies with deployable blades before. There's almost not a single trick OOO has that Spidey wouldn't be familiar with. And there's almost not a single attack OOO could use that would take Spider-man out for sure in one hit. His scanning charges, aside from being easily avoidable, only blow up weak enemies and rarely do collateral damage.

Remember, his webs aren't rope that can just be cut. They're sticky, and even slicing them would still have webs on the blades.

Spidey would win although I think it's kinda unfair to pit a hero with natural powers against one who requires to transform in the first place

an even better match up would be Ironman vs Fourze

This is a very hard decision but i'm gonna have to go with spider man because he has the agility and intellectual advantage plus the spider sense. Now yes, ooo has the combos and all their powers but Spidey has fought with villians that have way more powers than him but he always devised plans and in some cases use his surroundings to defeat them without killing them.

That is a more suitable match for OOO than Spiderman. OOO's multiple combos vs Darwin's adaptability sounds more like a better battle. With Spiderman, there's the argument about his intellect and his webbing vs Eiji's spontaneous behavior, but uniform start in battle. At least with OOO and Darwin, it's a battle of adapting to what they pull next.

The Purple Medals enhance Eiji's powers but make him much dumber.
