Where exactly did you make up that statistic from? It retails for 6030 yen in Japan and that only translates to $52.12 by current exchange rate.

the RRP for it is 8500-9000yen its one of those "We don't have an exact price point for this so go nuts" situations for retailers. its really weird when bandai does that.

anything that lives in japan, has any of the ninninger stuff been sold yet even though the show hasnt aired yet?

are toys usually sold out the day before the series starts?

I dont live in japan myself but yeah Ninninger toys are already on the shelf over there.

Buddy of mine in Okinawa said a store he frequents has all the toys out.

They toys usually come out a few days before the show premieres yes. Since everything got pushed back the toys for Ninninger are coming out a week before the premiere.

I saw a few videos of Shurikenjin on YouTube, and it looks like he's got some leg articulation. With it he can assume a sitting pose.

My first thought was that could possibly play into the final combination, which would be insane in the best way.

I'm still kind of on the fence about him though, when KingBison got leaked it made me want him a bit more, but if they make a giant transforming Shurikenjin-sized chair in the future I'm gonna have to take a bite and get some Sentai mecha again this year. Bandai is really good about reeling me back in when I think I'm done.

The final combo is just a really big Robo with Shurikenjin sitting in the chest.

I'm very much looking forward to receiving this. (Since I'm in the U.S. and ordered through BBTS, I imagine I'll need to wait a few weeks.) Looks like my hopes for an unannounced doggie-on-the-throne combination were in vain.

I just ordered my very first Super Sentai Mecha (Shurikenjin) from CS Toys last night and I'm so stoked. I'm curious if anyone knows where I might be able to preorder the Super Sentai Artisan Chogokin Otomonin Shinobimaru for a decent price. CS was already sold out and it is $100 on image anime which is more than I paid for the whole DX Mecha (including shipping!!!). I'm wondering if BBTS might get it.

Alright.... So I guess I'm all in with Ninninger now. My Shurikenjin will be here soon and I just ordered that Bandai Premium Shinobimaru... My wallet is hurting after that. Paonmaru and Ufomaru are coming out this month as well. Too much good stuff I guess. Can't wait to have everything.

I picked up a ShurikenJin a while ago but in between the order and its arrival I've had some medical issues come up that need to be taken care of.

Does anyone know if they'll be doing gashapon machine keychains for Ninninger this year? I have sets from every series since Abaranger and hope it continues. I remember the first ToQger set already being out around this time last year.

You have to love the design of a mecha in a mecha in a mecha. Lovely.

Really you have to respect a DX Sentai line that can do stuff as ridiculous as the Zord Builder, Joint Gattai and Minipla lines.
