My sister is behind me and shouting "I NEED THAT!"
Very exclusive figure! I doubt Bandai will ever make this a regular release because I don't think they'll be able to sell a lot of these.
All bow down to lord Baron and his lemony zest
I was lucky enough to get one off Mandarake, and yes, it is fucking awesome.
Very confused why Bandai is making this a show and lottery web exclusive, do they not like money? |
Definately not my first choice for a Gaim rider to have, but he looks great all the same.
I love this suit, it's so awesome and badass. I wish it didn't cost so much though.
Very cool looking figure. None of the Energy Arms were that great to me due to the generic bow for all of them, but some of their designs are really cool. Baron here looks alright. The cape is a cool touch and the colours go great together, but Baron in general didn't have my favourite look. The bubbling effect is very cool and this looks like a really nice figure.
That is a nice looking figure
really wish the figure arts had the gimmicks like the Ac line, but it is still nice to see these guys in full detail like this and Baron is no exception
Still wish they'd given Baron his own energy arms, but I guess it's too late now, huh? :p
This figure is so gorgeous. I saw shishioh's gallery and was totally blown away. I haven't been interested in any of these other Fruit Riders but man, this one. Too bad it was way too late to even think about finding one by the time I even knew it existed!
These photos are great, too. |
I like the one with the red and gold...
I heard there were tons of issues with this figure, way more than Kiwami but I'm glad to hear a glowing review. Fantastic looking figure overall but still not as cool as BA-NANA!
I was wondering when this would get a gallery.
Great gallery, well worth the amount of money I spent on him
These are so tempting, but after blowing cash on early AC figures I'm not sure I'll ever own these.
Lovely gallery Kickback. It helps ease the pain |
My favorite part on this figure (and any other that use the same effect) is the bubbles on the lemon parts. Though this one has the bonus of only having three major colors (red, yellow, & silver) to really bring it together nicely. Some of the Gaim suit designs are just all over the place with the colors...
Mmm...lemony fresh. :D
It really is a great figure. The only downside I have with it is that since I already have Zangetsu Shin and Gaim Jimber/Jinba Arms, it really felt like I was shooting the same gallery all over again (as their accessories are literally the same, same hands, everything).
That, and getting the Sonic Arrow in the right hand, and then getting it to stay in the hand, is kind of a pain. Those are just little issues. Still love this figure and hope to get an Overlord Baron if it comes out. |
Beautiful figure. Bandai really outdid themselves with the Gaim figuarts line, the only figuart I think looks better than these guys is Hibiki.
Never found Kaito an interesting character.
Although I prefer the Banana Arms, Lemon Energy Arms is very toyetic. The deco really shines, no pun intended, in metallic paint. He's one of my favorite pieces in my Gaim display, and this has given me some good ideas as to how to display him.
Whilst the figure undeniably looks utterly gorgeous, Baron has even better looking forms imo and I feel that Duke wears the armour better
Also, the exclusivity and steep price make it nigh-upon impossible to get even if I were completely sold on it. (Saying that, what with import taxes and being on a budget lots of figuarts can be a pain to get at the best of times:() |
very cool looking design for what amounts to a last minute closet grab for clothes. this figure will be perfect for possing alongside the upcoming Knuckle. why do cool things have to be con/lottery exclusive sometimes, arrghh.
Not a fan of Baron, but I gotta say the figure looks great. I'm personally off this figure because I've read many peoples complaints about QC issues.
He's just so impressive all things considered for me. I'm a big fan of Baron (tho he's generally the character i would hate) so it's going to make me sad that I won't own this.
So cool, good luck to all trying to get it!
Man this figure looks sweet and Kickbacks photos do it major justice as well.
I'm struck by the wide gulf between the pricing of Figuarts - probably determined well in advance of their release - and the frequency with which the represented Riders and Arms got used. Shin Zangetsu was a web exclusive? It was seen more often - and was more plot-critical - than Melon Arms!
I've been very tempted to go all-in on the various Gaim Figuarts, and the main barrier is the web exclusivity, and the excessive cost that goes with it. The Baron/Gaim two-pack looks amazing... but HELL NO I'm not paying $150+ for it. I'd've liked to have picked up Baron Lemon Energy, but not at *that* price point. I'm loving these galleries. At least I can fawn over the ones I don't get. |
Wow, the detailing is great!
He does look kind of cool actually.
The figure's alright but it's my least favourite of Baron's forms. I don't really like the cape but they pulled it off quite well. All in all it's not a bad figure but I'd probably take Banana arms over this if I was trying to get a Baron.
That figure is sweet.
^ No, he's sour.
can't believe i missed my chance to order this masterpiece lol. Idk what it is but I love the look of the Energy Riders.
While it does look like a cool figure the way it was released is quite the turnoff.
Seems like regular banana shall do for most. |

the figure is awesome as heck the details is spot on the articulation is cool and the paint is flawless compared to AC version
I do love this figure quite a bit; The gold really pops in person! I can't wait to get my hands on Duke considering how good Baron looks.
Figure looks good but I'm with most everyone else that this was such a shoe horned form. Give me a SHF Mango Baron and I'm there. Again this is a good looking figure. They have captured the look and feel of the show and as always the articulation allows for show-accurate posing.
