I kinda like him not being gay because it shows you can have a personal crisis about your own sexuality and stay the same sexuality which you always had.

also, Kanji and Naoto are cute together and they'd make a great couple, so I like him in that regard as well.

Personally, I think it's great that Kanji is not gay because he's a character that proves "feminine" things are not only something girls can enjoy and be good at. I think the message would lose a lot of impact if Kanji was actually gay, because gay people are considered feminine. Kanji unites both gender clichés without being much different than "average" males.

man, P1/P2 fans are some of the saltiest butthurts I have ever seen.

I can't even begin to approach 1.
But 2 is fun.

P2 is great. I love the improvements from P1.
anytime i talk to someone about P1, I always get the same deal: damage control.

everytime I talk abouty my problems with the game, people just constantly will try and sell me the game or dance around the problems I have.

the combat is either flashy and slow or fast but no flash, spells take a million years to just cast, the demon negotiations to make personas is dumb especially since i can't use the demons in battle, every battle takes forever with many times the exp I gain not being worth it, all kinds of nonsense. but they always dance around it or try to sell me the game, like they know the problems are there, they're just too blinded by nostalgia to take my criticism into consideration.

P2 is good. not a fan of those old SMT hub world things, but even with that it's fine.

I've watched that trailer like 6 times today. :lol

I find it interesting how we're going back to the classic SMT melee weapon and gun combo. I also really like how the characters aren't running around the dungeons in their school uniforms. That was a change that I think the series needed. Also, they were fighting demons, so...no Shadows? I'm curious as to what that's about

I really like the dual weapon action, and the costumes are nice, specially since it seems there are alternate ones.
I assume demons will mean the return of negotiation, which is a fun feature, I just hope it's not the method to obtain new personas.

I'm deciding who to pick once I get Persona Q. I played Persona 4 a bit and loved the cast... But at the same time Persona 3 cast you just wanna hug them. And even though Izangi is badass I still prefer Minato and Orpheus.

Personally, I picked P4 because I never played P3, but as both sides will be mixed after you finished the first dungeon, it doesn't really matter that much.
Though my standard party almost only consists of P4 characters, except for Yukari and occasionally (for quests and stuff) Koromaru and Aigis.

How does Persona Q play? I'm really tempted to pick it up when I finally get a *new* 3DS.
