Not quite that unexpected as she's from Decade and Decade is more popular than Kiva in Japan... As much as I still want Kiva, I'm kinda happy about it because Natsumi was my favorite character in Decade :D She doesn't seem to be Web Exclusive either so... HOORAY :D

I wonder why she's a retail release though, even with Decade being popular, it's been a while now and she only appeared once in the movie.

Decade seems to be easier to get at a decent price than Diend, with the exception of his complete form. Although the VE price has been climbing recently it seems, for some reason.

At least with Kivala being released now we have a shot at Narutaki being released as a Figuarts in the future. Or a resculpted Decade.

Not sure if this counts as trolling or hype-building for a potential Kiva release :p (Not to mention the now-infamous Saga...)
Either way looks great, I may well get one if I can as I'm a big fan of the Kiva aesthetic

The fact that Kivala will have about as many Figuarts releases as Kiva himself has is quite hilarious to me :lol

For all we know, this release could be hinting at both base Kiva and a renewal Decade at some point after she comes out.

I have to admit, I actually find it amusing at this point how they seem to be willing to make literally any Rider except Kiva. I'm not personally interested in this release, but it's always nice to get a new female Rider figure for a change.

Talk about waaaaaaay out of left field. I'm not fully convinced that this has anything to do with a base Kiva though. Those hip joints make me think the figure was designed around 2010ish (or at least before they gave up the old pull-down hips around 2013) but has been stuck in limbo for a few years. that's all conjecture though. All the same, I'm glad since I've always liked the design.

If Kivala is a mass retail release ie: Abyss, then I'm all in.
I wonder what with Decade renewal now revealed, does this mean we get three versions of the Deca-driver, the third being from Movie Wars 2010 perhaps?
