The second pic looks good. I know you said it feels weird to you, but branching into mew areas/styles will always he like that. Like for me, when I sing, I can't do the growl/scream thing, but I try to do it once in a while to give it a try, but at the end of the day, its not me. Don't give up on trying new styles bro. Never know which ones'll stick and which ones will fail. Again, I like the new style. Looks more.... natural and relaxed, pose-wise.

I'm coloring in the new style sketch, while also drawing Neuro, so here's some trivia in the mean time!

-The video lists the 4 different henshin devices in the series- the X-Ten Buckle, the Zyukin Driver, the Jigoku Buckle and the DinoKin Driver. The first was made by X-Ten, the second was made by the original creators of the DinoKins, the third was made by the organization who stole the DinoKins and distributed them, while the last was made by another rider.
-X-Ten's DinoKins that are planned so far are Pachycephalosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Valdoraptor, Megalodon, Microraptor and Dreadnoughtus. He will have 4 more DinoKins, but none of them nor the ones listed are his Midseason upgrade or his final form. He originally had Compsognathus and Brachiosaurus instead of Microraptor and Dreadnoughtus, but were switched due their statuses as being smaller and larger than the former. Pachycephalosaurus was chosen as his main DinoKin due to its use of its head to attack. Ankylosaurus was chosen due to being my favorite dinosaur, Valdoraptor was chosen due to it being an "Ornithomimid," a classification of theropods that are considered the fastest dinosaurs and Megalodon was chosen to bring a non-Dinosaur to the mix.
-Hyōki's Zyukins are Kekkyojin (false Zyukin, Caveman), Mammoth, Smilodon, Coelodonta (which is actually part of the name of the classification that the Wooly Rhinoceros belongs to), Andrewsarchus, Gigantopithecus and Daeodon. The choices were mostly influenced from the manga Cage of Eden, which is actually how I found out about the Andrewsarchus and Gigantopithecus :lol. Gigantopithecus/Giganto Shuzoku will be his midseason upgrade, but his final form is not listed.
-Seitorara's DinoKins are Triceratops, Stegosaurus and Tyrannosaurus Rex. I originally wanted more for her, but wanted to stick with the 3-theme she has.
-Splice's DinoKin is the Spinosaurus, but he will obtain/use more. Some of these he uses are permanent, while others are only temporary.
-Neuro's DinoKin is the Troodon. Original candidates were the Oviraptor and Parasaurolophus. He may have more than one.
-Catherine's DinoKin is the Nothosaurus. It was originally going to be the Ichthyosaurus, but I decided to go with a lesser known aquatic ancient reptile.
-Dex's DinoKin is the Epidexipteryx. I had no idea what it was until I was trying to find a dinosaur for this rider.
-Shishishi's DinoKin is the Iguanodon. Mostly inspired by Kyoryuger for that one.
-Warz's DinoKin is the Styracosaurus. He would've had Ankylosaurus had I not picked it for X-Ten.
-Argent's unnamed transformation device uses Argentavis DNA.
-Only X-Ten, Hyōki and Splice can properly utilize the Armament Mode. Seitorara technically could, but due to her own modifications on her X-Ten Buckle, she automatically transforms with an Armament.
-DinoKins in series have nicknames. Example, X-Ten's Pachycephalosaurus is just called "Chy (Ki)." He however, is not the one that nicknamed it.
-DinoKins can shift into either Tamago Mode or DinoKin Mode. Tamago Mode is similar to a Tamagotchi. When used to battle, they transform into DinoKin mode. Likewise, Hyōki's ZyuKins can assume a Sphere or ZyuKin mode.
-Fauxils, the enemies X-Ten and the other riders fight, will use DinoKins that X-Ten and the others use, so there's not just one of each DinoKin. The DinoKins the riders use are all modified to allow transformation.
-Not all riders are on the same side, some form alliances while others work solo.
-Some Riders will die.

It's such a hard decision. I think I may actually prefer this one to the original. The design looks a it more sleeker and more well-together.

Bro, you know I like this sketch better. Seeing it in color just cements my love for this style of drawing. But as I said, give it time and make sure your comfortable with it.

I think I'll try and draw with the new style. Means I have to scrap the sketch for Neuro since it uses the old style, and will have to go back and draw the others in the new style, but oh well :lol
