All this talk about the suit has me wondering, I wonder what the actor will look like?

The hand on the belt looks kinda doofy, but other than that, I'm really digging this.

Anyway, still not quite digging it. The helmet is just boring. I'm loving the coat thing though.

This has me wondering how the S.H.Figuart will be coat wise. Maybe a bit like Ryutaros with the articulation in the lower portion of the jacket?

Otherwise it may hinder a lot of articulation. Just a random thought

I have mixed feelings about the coat and head (not sure if I would prefer normal bug eyes or not) but other than that Wizard looks amazing. Let's hope the show is just as good if not better than the suit.

I'm thinking they may do what they did with Sky High, just having them on a single joint that moves up and down :(

I'm not feeling this season. I already hate the fantasy genre, so the whole wizardry motif is beyond me, even if they don't constantly nail in the necessity of believing in magic like they did with Magiranger. I thought the suit design might have been cool enough to win me over, but the head is way too Hibiki for my liking.

Most likely multiple hinged flaps that move up and down.
However, looking at his kick, it seems the coat will move a certain way, so they'll probably make it removable with add ons to better suit the pose.

The scans with further info/images confirmed what I said earlier, I definitely dig it and it sounds pretty damn cool. I think he looks more like an Arabian knight/genie type thing than a magician/ wizard.

And he has a convertible sword/gun, that's always a plus in my book =p

As cool as Sword Guns are, his ain weapon still shoulda been a staff, but for the most part I like the design, except for the belt, but it'll probably grow on me.

It looks to me like Den-O and Kaixa had a love child. With a little of somethin else thrown in too. In other words I love it. The head design isthe very awesome. Im not digging the trenchcoat look too much but everything else works for me.

Ok, the more I see the more I like...I may actually invest in effect pieces for this guy when Figuarts makes him (Fourze..just too damn many and too goofy for my other guys). I am REALLY glad no wand! dear lord that would just be too much. Someone said the Dr. Strange vibe so I hope he will have a hand in the \m/ (metal/devil horns) style.

I don't know, I'm actually glad that he's avoiding most of the common things you expect to see associated with the word "wizard." I'd have liked the design a lot less if it had a big pointy hat or a staff or anything else like that (except a big bushy beard - that would be awesome).

Now what I really want to know is who's the creative staff for this show? Naruhisa Arakawa's latest series is just wrapping up and I'd be over the moon if he's the main writer on Wizard.

Just junked this together. I believe this explains how Wizard swaps hand-sides, rotating the four fingers and palm around a central point and the 'thumb' is a line across the top.

That just looks farking epic.

Like I said, one hand for the form, other hand for the powers/spells.

I still dont like his suit but the sword gun thing is cool.

...And I thought I was when I heard the news about Wizard, and even when I first saw the pictures. Sure, the suit is damn beautiful, but I didn't need the belt! That was until I got to thinking about the inevitable toy.

(Rambling nonsense ahead)

Now, get this... If you look at the belt there I really don't see any place where a light could go. Unless the hand would light up, but let's just assume it doesn't while we travel into this little theory. What if the lights that you always see in DX toys aren't in the belt, but in the rings? Like... When you scan them with the belt, that little chip also sets off a little LED inside the ring? The only reason this popped into my head is because I was walking by a Skylanders display at Target and I thought about how some of the new figures from that will have a similar feature. And if Bandai does indeed go that route, I might as well just send Bandai my bank account information.

Hey? He's a Wizard. How much are we hoping there's going to be a Dragon form? Or a Dragon Secondary Rider. Or a Dragon Bike... Dragon Something!

It may not fit the modern magician theme, but that bike had better be a broom or Bandai/Toei is dead to me.

I tend to think the helmet, at least, is about one part Decade, two parts Hibiki, and three parts Jolly Rancher. The suit looks like a lot of streamlined Orga with a little bit of V3 and Kiva in the chest to me.

I was wondering How they would continue with the number phases,makes sense.

Kamen Rider Decade=One card to henshin
Kamen Rider W=Two memories/partners to henshin.
Kamen Rider OOO=Three medal combo system
Kamen Rider Fourze=Four switch belt system
Kamen Rider Wizard=Five finger/hand henshin system.

Which Kinda makes me wonder what his Ultimate/Second form will look like.Very cool suit though,reminds me of this.

Take away the shoulder cannons,you got Wizard.But going with the number theme,makes me wonder how the next Rider will henshin or what his gimmick/power be.Anyways,can't wait for Wizard to debut.

Also just noticed,but really cool that he has his different rings hanging from a strap on his waist.Makes me wonder,no there probably will be,a story/episode where he gets that belt stolen and is left to fight using just his original ring.

Like the look of the helmet due to the whole front of it being the visor.Also kept the trademark antenna.lol.The only dissapointment I have is that he uses a sword/gun.A staff would've been better cause not only could he have fought with it,but he could have used it as a range weapon as well.But I guess since they went "stage magician" instead of "harry potter magician",its not all that bad.Kind gives the whole idea of kamen rider wizard a little sense of reality.Kind of like if he can beat up bad guys with just a staff,he must be godlike already,but if he has to use a gun/sword,then he's not all powerful,but still pretty strong.All around,I like how it looks so far and can't wait for it.
