Well, these are certainly nicely sculpted enough, but I still just can't get over the whole 'roided rangers' look. Why does BOA have such a hard time making rangers that actually look like they do in the show?
These figures look great. Still gotte get 4 to complete it. Only got pink so far. Awesome designs though
The figures look great when all together. I wish Bandai would consider making playsets, I'd love to display these like they're in the Megazord!
I'm not quite feeling the translucent weapons. I don't watch the show, so I'm not sure what they're supposed to look like, but these don't look as interesting (or "powerful") as the base figures do.
The dino drive armor looks better in toy form than I expected to. Also love the translucent weapons.
Hmm... Cool looking figure tbh, considering they were made by Bandai America. sadly It's hard to find Dino Charge toys in my country. It's so sad :(
I was pretty cynical when I first saw these, but I'm surprised at how much I like the designs. I think Dino Charge is the first series in a while where I've considered getting the ranger figures, not just the zords.
Pretty cool figures.
I really like the designs for these since it's cool to see something more original with the suits in PR.
Nothing says protection like wearing a giant battery as armor
I like the figures, and I really like the translucent weapons (which I gave to the regular mode rangers), but the one thing I was really hoping to see was some sort of cockpit stand like we got with the SDCC Super Samurai set. Nothing fancy, just a base and a stand for the morpher to plug into. Maybe with the Super Drive figures..

Not too big of a fan of this mode, it kinda looks off to me
I much prefer the Samurai powerups |
Not a huge fan of the armor. The chargers on the chest feel out of place to me somehow.
Love the figures and love the exclusive mode.
maybe its just me but the armour is a little off putting. it could be the lack of color and detail, but its still a figure everyone should be collecting.
I WANT these.
You could portably snip the skirt with scirriors to free the legs. |
Gotta be honest, don't really care for the battery on the chest motif.
I don't buy into the BoA Ranger figures (except for vintage and monsters) so I can't really say much on these. They should give them better articulation, but for what you're paying it's not too bad I guess?
They get loose? I've been messing around quite a bit with my Fury and he still seems quite tight in the joints department. Now I'm worried about the poor guy. I'm liking the villains focus, and though I won't get these guys I'm quite interested in a few of the other figures in these waves.
All of these figures look ok to me, a Kyoryuger fan who has only seen 2 or 3 episodes of Dino Charge to give it a "not as bad as Super MegaFarce", and it's just a crying shame that they can't do a good looking and well articulated female ranger figure.
Not a big fan of the Charge Armor, but otherwise these look like fun figures, I might need to track down a set for my kids.
I dig the second shoulder pad. The assymetry of a single shoulder pad is a turn off for me on these suits.
The mold on th we bothers me. But I can't quite put my finger on it.
If I were to get any DC figs it would be the Dino steel set because I love the personal weapons, but these guys are nice not as big as a difference like the Samurai Mega Mode ones where
I often wonder if I should just get all the regular or Dino steel of these that way I can save some cash plus they will have all the Rangers, unlike SHF it is a bummer that isn't happening but hey at least there is an option to have he whole team. :D
Its nice that they gave the whole team a power up instead of everything going to the red ranger.
I want these figures, but I don't want to spend the money, so I will just get Red and Gold Dino Drive

Not a big fan of the suit designs, but the figures look good as usual. The 5-inch BoA figures have their charm.
These are great! Now that SHF Sentai seems to be dying even more these 5 inch figs tempt me more and more!
Any time we gut US specific stuff is a win. I like that BoA is not afraid to make a toy out of anything.
I do like how they were given to all the rangers rather than just the red! I really like how the Dino Drive suit and transparent weapons look, it's very aesthetically pleasing. I might get these as a later priority though, because I've yet to get the standard ones haha.
I still think that green color on Riley is so appealing to the eyes, but I would be a little more reluctant buying this set because of my bias towards villian figures. But then again, it is Dino Charge. And as some people have commented, I would have also preferenced their own weapons or silver, the yellow is a tad distracting. Great figures though!
These pictures always make me want these figures, I have no room for anything other than mecha and role play stuff though >.<
Not a fan. My kids arent even really into theses things.
Not a fan of the muscle malone look, we're going to be giving little boys body image issues. That aside, the sculpts look decent and are rather detailed for Bandai America.
I think I'm the only guy on the planet who isn't a fan of the dino drive suits.
Power ranger exclusive form. The toy looks like it was way too muscular for teenagers who are wearing their suit. But it really looks good in the show.:)
I love the look of the figures/ in-show suits. I just don't think the rangers should have to have a "power up" just to use/ better the megazord. Just being in there morphed should be good enough.
