The bulk of the suit makes it almost laughable. I'm curious as to why they'd do that - they're usually pretty good about streamlining - and then it occurred to me that it might be intended to accommodate Fujioka appearing in the suit. Doesn't he have a relatively broad frame?

Heres a teaser trailer
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8K_XRVz0nn0 Hmmm....Pretty sure that guy tried to sell me a Sega at one point. |
Yes! Looks awesome. Definitely want a SHF of this, especially if they get the scale right and I can have this guy tower over everyone else :lol

Have we gotten any info about the staff behind the movie yet? I need to know if Yonemura is writing this so I can nip any expectations I may have in the bud.
|
I do hope we get a S.H Figuart of Rider 1's newest form.

Apparently Fujioka is involved in planning of the story, and spent 5 months with the staff to produce the movie. Also the movie is featuring Rider 1 as the main character. Ghost and the others are side characters. http://www.cinematoday.jp/page/N0079898 |

I do feel a bit more excited now too. Do we know who is the writer of the movie? If Shoji Yonemura is coming back than I'm not going to watch it.
|
I know I joke about the suit being bulky but I would like to get the figuarts for this as well as the bike.
|
I still don't know how to feel about the movie.
|
Belt look more kuuga agito like now do t ask me how see it like I just do and still don't like th suit

Oh hey that's looking pretty slick, wasn't an earlier model Hibiki's bike? Also gotta say the suit must be pretty hench as hell because if it makes a bike like that look tiny then WELL...

Which to some is a huge change since old skool Cyclones were Suzuki bikes apparently. |

I never knew Honda manufactured Kiva's bike. Huh. I didn't think they made those types of bike, but a Honda Shadow? Neat.

So far this movie looks to be the bee's knees but if Shoji Yonemura is involved he'll just ruin it. That man is Japanese Dan Didio and surely by now Toei has to know we; the fans are sick of his melodrama and one plotline.

So I've heard that Toshiki Inoue is writing the film and Osamu Kaneda is directing it. This is what I've heard on twitter so take it with a grain of salt.

Inoue being Igami Masaru's son has experience working with the old showa staff while helping dad to copy scripts at home. (mentioned in the book about his dad) Kaneda involved in filming action scenes ever since the original series. Fujioka thinks it is a big deal working with the remaining original staff in this movie. (mentioned many times in his blog) http://svf.2chan.net/cgi/g/src/1453980387839.jpg |

So it is indeed Inoue. Could turn out good or turn out awful. Hard to say since he was away from the franchise for quite some time now.
|
A spring Rider movie without Shoji Yonemura?! It seems like Toei made a smart move for once. Either way, this movie still could be awful, but I want to keep a open mind for once.
|
The villains are still Shocker. Maybe Inoue can make them less annoying?
|
It's not Yonemura? Sold. Fucking, field trip to Japan, let's go see the Kamen Rider movie, y'all.

Are you sure? I mean, it's a movie, not a TV series where drama can literally take up 10 hours worth of screen time.

What has Inoue written?

He also worked with Naruhisa Arakawa as the main writer on Kuuga.

And with Kuuga its a Takatera show. So nobody is really in charge except him :lol |

- He was the co-head writer of Ryuki with Yasuko Kobayashi (and his episodes are easily the best of that show, IMO). - He wrote all of Tekkoki Mikazuki, which is great. - He wrote some of the best episodes of Dairanger (he wrote all of the Jin episodes). - And, amidst a ton of anime work, he wrote some key episodes of the Death Note anime. --- I love the guy. Jetman is my favorite sentai, and his episodes of Dairanger are some of my favorite in that franchise. Kiva is one of my top 3 favorite rider shows, and Ryuki is in my top-5 (never seen Agito or Faiz, but from what I've heard I'm sure I'd be into them too). Tekkoki Mikazuki is totally groundbreaking and awesome. Death Note is one of my favorite anime of the last decade. I think a lot of the reason for some of his "poor quality" work is due to being overworked for so long. A long break from the toku grind could see him coming back refreshed and in top form. |
Yeah!!!! We finally got someone who isn't Shoji Yonemura to write Spring Kamen Rider movie! I wonder who is this wonderful talent writer they got? Oh! It's Toshiki Inoue?!
Oh..... YES!!!! I know! He's not very great at writing Kamen Rider stuff but at least he doesn't do a same plot that Yonemura been using! Heroes VS. Heroes! With Toshiki Inoue writing the film, it may not a great idea but he can refresh this spring Kamen Rider movie than any Super Hero Taisen Garbage After All, This will be first time that Toshiki Inoue have written Kamen Rider since 2010 Please! Inoue! Don't do Heroes VS. Heroes! If you do that, I will start the rebellion against Toei and Bandai! NO MORE POINTLESS HEROES VS. HEROES MOVIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!               |
