About Ex-Aid's gimmick, what if Ex-Aid use special vaccine tubes as main gimmick? So various vaccines will be used and each vaccine can access different forms and abilities. I think vaccine as gimmick is really cool concept for Rescue-themed Rider.

In toyline, vaccine cubes has light and sounds and vaccine tubes look like liquid in tubes.

And the villains has evil version from Ex-Aid vaccine. They villain use virus to destroy humanity.

When it is time for rider kick he will summon the J-pop group EXILE and have them do motivational song and dances for him while he finishes the monster of the week.

That would actually be amazing if you think about it. The belt can be vial-themed, the collectible items are syringes that vary in color. You plug the "needle" into the top or side of the belt, press down the plunger and "inject" the power into the belt as it takes on the form and syringe's color.

How legit is this? The katakana translates to "Eguzeido" (lit.). Ex-Aid would be closer to Ekksueiddo (I think). I think the name is closer to Egzeid (which doesn't make much sense, admittedly).

Wait, does that mean that his name could actually be Excite? Kamen Rider Excite?

I don't know about the whole Syringe as a key item because of needle, What if little kid decide to poke at his friend and he got hurt in process.

Anyway the name sounds cool but I can't really come up with any ideas for what the motif or look of the rider will be. I'm going to wait for those low resolution scans until I can form a final opinion on this show. A name can only get me so excited for a show.

The idea I had for my medical themed Rider was almost the same thing you said. Actually very vlose, down to the colors. But the colors are like the color codes used in medicl terminology. Code Red, Blue, Black, etc...

The main hero can be someone like Black Jack.

Well, there's a mistake somewhere. It can't be "Exceed" since the katakana has a "g" sound where the "x" would be. Unless there's a typo. Maybe it's Eggceed? Baking rider? :lol

I think a medical or rescue theme would be really cool personally. I'm really curious about who will be the writer this time around more than anything though.

It's legit - it's from the intellectual property database's Twitter bot. And it's definitely not Excite, as weird as Ex-Aid is, that's the actual romaji that appears on the registration. Excite would be イクサイト.

As far as writer goes, I'm always open to Toshiki Inoue giving it a shot once again. It's been long enough that he could have possibly recharged. If not him, I'd prefer a new writer - the Ghost writer won't do two years in a row, Sanjo is taking a break from TV writing to focus on his manga, and I'm not a huge fan of Kobayashi's Kamen Rider. (Her Sentai are fantastic though)

I've also seen people absolutely sure that this new Rider is an emergency rescue worker or what have you because of the name and I'd like to advice some caution. With Drive, we knew it was going to involve a vehicle but had no idea it was a cop show, we knew Gaim involved armors but had no idea about the fruits. Toei doesn't always go with the obvious.

I think a rider with the color of a ambulance truck would be cool for the main rider. With it being red and white.

I think the earliest you should expect scans are the end of the month, when leaks for the next month's magazines are usually posted. Filming probably won't begin until July or August, which is also when we'll probably see the press conference.

Rider starts in October, so I would imagine any scans in the July magazines aren't super likely, but it's worth keeping an eye out for them.

oOo SO ex-citing!

I'm not sure if this was posted or not but that dreaded number pattern in Kamen Rider is still alive. If this is a rescue rider then this kinda works. People are saying that the "-cue" in rescue can also means kyu which is 9 in Japanese. Even this isn't a rescue rider I'm sure people will still find a way to fit that annoying number theory into it.

So Toei have finally made Main Kamen Rider the White Kamen Rider because Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive and Ghost have a White Kamen Rider! It about time!

Because why they keep making a White Kamen Rider so much? If they like the white so much, give that color to the Main Kamen Rider!
