Wow. Just wow. I finally got around to unpacking the Limited Edition Traditional Japanese Arts & Crafts Monopoly (by Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten) I ordered a few months ago and I have to say, this was a heck of a purchase! This was the first time I have used White Rabbit (I was a little skeptical, but they were the only service I could find offering these) and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Not only did they keep the beautiful wrapping from the Nakagawa Masashichi Shotengai intact, but they included the shopping bag from the purchase as well. That was a nice little bonus. The big box appears to be the game itself and the smaller box the playing pieces.

Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to tear them open, as ridiculous as it sounds. They're just too beautifully wrapped. I'm going to have to track down the less expensive version with the plastic deer pieces so I have one to actually play, since it seems the game is in English as well as Japanese.

Where did you grab your TF Blu-ray from? All the online retailers I've seen show the other cover and no one in this crappy town is stocking it locally. Amazon still hasn't shipped my steelbook version even though it was supposed to be delivered today. But, I'd like to grab the Roddo cover, too, if I can.

Went out and did a bit of Halloween shopping, Mainly at Micheal's and Home Depot. Also went to Biglots and...god they have fallen. They used to be so good, great stuff for cheap. Now nothing. Unless you wanted Christmas decorations. Christ.

Anyway, got some haunted portraits, window clings and a projector for both Halloween and Christmas that shows images outside through windows. This is really my mom's doing.

1. loose DX Gaia Memories for Cyclone and Joker (Joker has a bit of a problem with its electronics, which I'll ask about later on, but I wanted both of these for my Stage Act W)
   
2. I don't know any more about the Den-O, Fourze, and the Red Ressha "figures"--I'm guessing they're Gashapon rather than candy toys
   
3. the Revolgarry is apparently called a Super Combine Revolgarry (there are two versions, the Maximum and the one I have, and you can see more pictures of the latter here)

Wish I found the eleven or so Astro Switches I'm still missing and that the Norikae Change Toqger figure I saw wasn't missing its weapons and tight joints, but I'm quite happy with what I got. Coming up after all is a dozen Super Sentai roleplay toys I'm trying to negotiate at the moment.

My birthday is tomorrow and thus, these are my presents to myself.
