It's always nice to see these older shows get some love. Especially lesser-known ones like Metal Heroes. Great gallary Den
When I looked at this figure I automatically new it was from the Metal Hero series, it gave me flashbacks of other Metal Heroes shows/adaptations I've seen or known before like Beetleborgs, Gavan, VR Troopers, etc.
The figure looks amazing, it has sooo many details on it. Love the design and I looked at the galleries of the other 2 figures and they are amazing. I personally loved the oil cans. Love when figures includes accessories like that, imagine Billy's legacy figure having one of the many gadgets he created during MMPR? That would be awesome! Love that we are getting to know old toku shows this way because now I'm getting curious about Winspector so I'll try to find a way to watch it. |
Shaider says, "Brush your teeth!"
Great looking Figuart! Ive only ever seen some of Shaider, but I'll put this on my list.
Great gallery as always!
I really need to get into Metal Heroes, so any suggestions for any series that's subbed? |
This set is nice , the wingspector fire reminds me of Blue Senturion
Looks amazing, the accesory count is great and those group shots simply look stunning!
It's such a great pity that sentai figuarts have stopped production, but with lesser known properties like this recieving this kind of treatment one can't complain! |
That design is so nice, I really have to get into more metal hero stuff
Great Gallery! This makes me want to go watch Metal Heroes again :P
Wow, Walter looks amazing. I'd love to own something like that.
Looks cool. Not cool enough to spend my limited amount of money on, but still cool.
Gotta love Metal Hero designs. The detail in these is just amazing. I'd wonder if we'd ever get a new entry of the series, but Metal Hero has gotten some love lately with the movies.
Some day Walter, some day.
I haven't even HEARD of Winspector, but these figures are so cool that I am now interested in watching it.
I may have to start getting into the metal heroes. I always loved the suit designs for Beetleborgs and spreading my collection even further may be a fun project ;)
I hope one day I'll come across one on the aftermarket that doesnt cost a fortune :lol
I just checked Mandarake and he's a lil expensive for what he comes with. I wish he was a general release like Fire was.

What is this show about? So far with these galleries, the suits look pretty cool.
I know like nothing about this show except that Fire from it has a Ranger Key so... but I do think these designs look neat
Used to watch Winspector with my dad when I was a wee baby. Love the shade of blue on the figure!

Were the Beetleborgs Metal heroes? |
Man, love Walter! The green-ish teal on his suit really pops and Winspector's aesthetic theme looks really great all together and feel ready to kick ass and rescue.
Metal Heroes seriously need more love in the fandom. |
I tried watching it, not going to lie, but the fact it was just essentially bad guy of the week as opposed to some kind of over reaching plot just never could pull me in. Which in hindsight Saban could have turned this into one of his series easy. Despite that, man the suits are dead gorgeous and the figures do them pure justice.

Every time I see this, it reminds me so much of "Cybercops".
Is oil like beer for them like every other robot series or is it like soda?
The figure looks pretty awesome. I like that the Helmet can open, I've never really seen a figuarts that does this.
I've never seen this series but the designs look great. This is still the best figure line along with S.I.C. that Bandai has ever done.
I never knew about Winspector until these Figuarts came out and everyone lost their collective shit. I'll admit that they're neatly designed.
Great work on the gallery. The figure looks really good. I really like the design. I guess I'm gonna be checking out winspector during winter hiatus for local tv.
I havent even watched the show but I love the look of this figure.
I never watched Winspector but when the trio was first revealed I was sort of interested in completing them so I got Fire but then I found out the other two were going to be exclusives and that made me change my mind. It's unfortunate that Fire didn't sell that well but at least they look great together.
I love the shiny paint jobs these metal heroes get, makes them look very futuristic in a retro kind of way.
Haven't seen the series yet, and Bandai nailed it on the figures on these SH Figuarts!
Suit is just okay for me but those colors! Golly, that metallic teal is beautiful.
Haven't seen the series yet but wow them figures are nice!
Until this I'd never realized the wings became a shield/weapon thing. Not ever watched winspector. I may need to give it a shot. Also, the oil can is an awesome little add on to me.
Those are absolutely gorgeous figures. I find it interesting how the name walt/walter keeps coming up in Japan robo/mecha fiction, like Walt in Mircoman (whos visor is very similar).
Winspector is a great show, I love how its so different than most tokushows, having pretty regular criminals etc instead of rubber monsters
The Figuarts are amazing, I really should get me the whole team some day |
I do love seeing Bandai branching out with more toku representation beyond Rider and Sentai. Stuff like the Ultraman figuarts, and the Metal Heroes ones like this just make the kid in me that grew up watching Godzilla, Giant Robo/Voyage into Space, Ultraman, etc. all giddy.
This guy is gorgeous, I love the metallic teal they have going. Great accessories. The level of sculpting we expect from the brand. And the team looks so good together. |
