Is there REALLY any doubt? Gun Caliber's protagonist was an alcoholic perverted junkie. Drugs MURDER your reputation in Japan to the point you'd no longer exist. Hell, a Pokemon short NEVER gets aired in Japan because the narrator was caught in a drug scandal. Why would TOEI make something like that the next main season? And why would Garage Hero blab about it?

I have faith that his stuff is good enough to be aired, regardless of what the past season was. Besides, they'll make Strega into whatever they want since they bought it. It won't be related to Gun Cliber.

Interesting rumor, true or not I would love to see something more "adult" oriented in the toku TV show scene as well. There's Garo, and that's about it. And some parody shows occasionally. I'm all for a "cooool/dark" take on the genre, to mix things up.

Well, to the surprised of almost nobody, this was just an April Fools joke. After watching the video he put up, it really dawn on me that I really have no idea how I personally feel about Garage Hero Pro. I like that they exist and it's pretty interested seeing an independent group making a Tokusatsu but I still have no idea whether I *like* them or not.

Watching this also makes me think about my feels towards Toei. While I like Ex-Aid and I'm liking Kyuranger so far, Toei has a certain style and overall feeling that is very... exhausting by this point. The way they introduce toys, the way they often handle rangers, Toei just makes a lot of decisions that are very tiring. I think its just because they really don't have any competition.

Save for maybe Ultraman, which is slowly but sure gaining more momentum, they're pretty much the only Tokusatsu on these days. They can pretty much do whatever they want and get away with because, really, what other choice do you have if you like Tokusatsu? Sure, you could watch older stuff but it'll only remind you of the glory days when it was worth it to take a chance at making a Tokusatsu.

Edit: I do like how watching Bruno's stuff gives me a bit more insight into what does into making a Toku. I'm not really interested in film at all but its interesting to learn none the less.

Ok. So it was a joke. I'm a fool. But I was so happy with the thought that his work would've been recognized by a company and worthy of being bought. No, I haven't subscribed to his YouTube channel (yet). But I still watch his videos. Granted I don't watch them nearly as often as I like/want, but that's life. I'm one of those fans that would've been happy for him on this. Not because the Kamen Rider name got tagged to it. Of course I would've watched KR Strega to see how much Toei and Bandai watered it down (and of course we all kow it would've been to the point where it would've been almost un-recognizable.) and what direction/story they would've given it. But that's just me.

Okay, peoples, what themes would you like to see in the next Rider and / or what themes do you think will be in the next Rider?

We all wanted video games and we got it. Some other stuff we want are ninjas, dinosaurs and a couple others. I really feel like after Ex-Aid, other themes we want will happen.

I want a post-apocalyptic lawyer Rider show. Hop to it Bandai.

Ex-Aid has video game as primary theme and doctor as secondary theme.

Hmm..I am also really want future Kamen Rider Series has military (especially SWAT) mixed with legendary creatures robots as main themes and classic musicians as secondary theme...

What if in future series, Monster of The Week will be replaced by Rider of The Week? (evil Riders). So our Hero Rider against various evil Riders. Some of stronger evil Rider has role as general villains. I think thats will be really work for another battle royale series.

Hoping for yokai based forms, whatever it's combined with. The only other series that used it was Hibiki, and it was ONLY Oni... I guess technically Ghost had some aspects, what with Ghost and Spectre's color schemes and number of horns, but that's really subtle.
