I mean, I'd rather Toei had just put all that money into a Kikaider Reboot sequel, but one step at a time ;)

I have to say though other than the colours I LOVE how the tank/rabbit are incorporated into that suit. It took me a moment but it's really effective. Really hope the actual suit pulls it off just as well.

I do love the color scheme and the Tank/Rabbit combination. I am disappointed the first set of toys didn't turn out to be true. Though I like these next sets too. Also, if the secondary Rider has to do with a Dragon might make even more excited for this show.

I feel like the gimmick figures are going to be a mix of Drive and Double's gimmicks.

You mean disassembling and reassembling into new forms, a la OOO's figures? That sounds about right, yeah.

If the image is accurate, it clarifies a lot for me. I assumed Tank/Rabbit would look, y'know. Like a mishmash of a tank and a rabbit. I didn't initially get either from this picture. It took a while for me to make out how the tank and rabbit designs are worked into the eyes and the shoulder-spike-thing. It's subtle enough to prevent the design from looking ridiculous.

I think I like the design. The driver looks too bulky and impractical, but it's not the Gamer Driver, so I'll consider it an improvement. The helmet design is cool, the color scheme works.

Given the use of the two elements in the design, I have no idea how to retail toy line is going to work. I'd assume a "swappable forms" gimmick a la OOO, but OOO and W were both easily separated into distinct parts. Build's design has them blended in a way that, at first glance, makes swappability questionable. Well, at least in the sense that it seems unlikely we'll be able to build, say, Gorilla/Tank or Rabbit/Diamond.

All I'm hoping for is that they use Kabuto and Gattack's metallic red and blue.

Yeah I wasn't really getting how the vehicle/animal split would work from the silhouette but if it is like that sketch... Totally see it now.

See, and I don't think it looks ridiculous enough. I knew as soon as I saw Ex Aid that the rider after him would look more traditional, but when I saw the crazy form combinations, I was hoping it would be a little more wild than that. The eyes are pretty cool, but, well...

What I'm about to say is probably some kind of heresy or bannable offense, but I've always thought W had the most boring design of any main rider. Rather than his halves being based on the element or weapon they represented, they were just re colored versions of a suit with a very bland shape to it. Yeah, I know, fight me about it. But this is just screaming that issue I have with W's design, with slightly better eyes. What's the point of having a form based off a tank if it doesn't have treads or a useable cannon, yknow? What makes that tank form different from anything else?

So yeah, TL;DR, probably an unpopular opinion, but that design is super boring and I hope it's fake.

Can't be fake, guy who did this leaked Drive's design before scans came out too. Plus, the real thing's obviously more detailed (hopefully with metallic colours too)

With this show I think it is the staff trying to be somewhat resourceful production-wise considering we will probably get a load of mix n match forms from the get-go based on the catalogue info which leads to many suit components to manage. This is just personal speculation so as always grain of salt.

I keep trying to figure out what kind of tone I think this show will have, but I have nothing. I'm getting a sneaking Riku Sanjo vibe though, I would be willing to bet he's gonna be involved in this show.

That's a fantastic looking design

Seeing the actual suit gives me heavy Kamen Rider W-vibes, and not just because it's a two-tone design. I feel like if Amazon Japan did a Kamen Rider W-sequel/reboot in the same style as Amazons this would be what the protagonist looks like.

Anyways, I like it, and I think everyone who couldn't deal with the Ex-Aid designs will be happy with this more traditional looking costume.

I don't mind, I just hope the show is good.

Cool designs. The only thing I don't like is the yellow belt - it clashes too much with the red and blue of the suit. As is it only works with the NinjaComic form.

That's a damn fine design! The Driver looks dumb though.

I do like the designs but the left visor for the orange one (the left side is metallic looking/grey) looks a bit weird. However, my opinions usually change when I properly see it in the show. I agree with Kiwami. The yellow on the belt clashes too much with the rest of the suit's colour. However, from we've seen so far, I do like the designs and hope it works /does well

That looks way better than I had hoped. Thank goodness it appears we're getting a more or less decent design again and not another Ex-Aid.

Like it a lot, def W influenced. Being one for weird, I love the driver and it's yellow belt. The other forms are pretty bonkers. I like the banded undersuit. Overall, it feels kinda Kyuranger, tonally.

An observation: It looks like the suits won't all be simple two-toned designs as Ninjya / Comic`s shoulder seems to have a grey patterned piece of armor.

Okay, so when do we learn who's writing?

Here is a brief translation of the story visible from the catalog scans:

The synopsis about rebuilding world is remind me to Clockwork Planet anime synopsis. Coincidentally, both Kamen Rider Build and Clockwork Planet has gear as main symbols.

What if Build setting is in another dimension and timeline so Build's universe is separated from other Riders series (from Ichigo to Ex-Aid). Hmm..maybe Build life in alternate universe like Power Rangers RPM.

Ho boy... Some of those are weird. Don't particularly like the Cleaner half for example.

But the base suits works really well for me. Helps I like rabbits heh, and tank's a pretty simple, clean look.

In fact, with starting with one Rider, an antagonist, "Second Build" (whatever the fuck that is) and a second rider not immediately appearing.....oh they're really following the pattern......

Ex-Aid = Gaim
Build = Drive

I wonder what his bike looks like? Maybe it changes depending on the form...

Speaking of which, can he mix-and-match Full Bottles like W with the Gaia Memories? Cus I think that would be cool.....of course, the way the suits are designed it might be a bit weird....

This is actually a pretty cool suit. I like that it's more mixed together compared to W's halves.

We've seen both RabbitTank and RabbitCleanser, so I presume he can mix-and-match.
