New update this week. This time, a water gun decorated like a shark.
http://www.tokunation.com/showpost.p...24&postcount=1 |
Remaining Lupin Collections are will be based on previous Super Sentai like:
- Gorenger - JAKQ - Battle Fever J - Denjiman - Dynaman - Changeman - Liveman - Turboranger - Jetman - Zyuranger - Gingaman - Gaoranger - Hurricanger - Abaranger - Dekaranger - Boukenger - Gokaiger - Toqger - Kyuranger If Toei folllow this way, the remaining Lupin Collections are only 19 Lupin Collections |
Those are some pretty significant ones, too. Goranger, Battle Fever J, Jetman, Zyuranger, Dekaranger, Gokaiger...
|
I'm willing to bet that Dogranio has the Goranger Collection Piece.

We still don't know what that bomb/clock collection piece in the opening is

Given the fact that most of the Collection Pieces are based on previous Sentai items/weapons, I am of the conclusion that if this series is adapted into PR (crossing fingers), then the Collection Pieces should be related OUTRIGHT to the team they represent! For example, a previous Gangler villain had a Piece that was based off of Gunmajin from Ohranger, so the PR version of said Piece should be able to transform into/empower Auric the Conqueror, the Zeo version of Gunmajin! Instead of being blue, the new Auric would be green like the Piece in question! And much like the S.P.D. Battlizer being used for DekaRed, the form/suit could be ported over to Sentai if they so choose (cause they never formally explained Gunmajin's absence in Gokaiger, and yet they still got Gunmajin's voice actor to voice the Black Cross King in the 199)!

The blimp is called Voler maintenant, which translates to "Fly Now". Do you think this could be referring to "Gonna Fly Now"?

New update this week. This time, a guiding rod of sorts. Possibly with traffic control.

Of all the songs they could reference... why the Pina Colada song?

Not a fan of the song? |

I see.
Off tangent, I think it would be funny if that ball-shaped clock in the opening intro turned out to be referencing The Final Countdown. :lolol |
Today's piece is called "Doctor Doctor", which I'm guessing is either based on the Thompson Twins song or the Robert Palmer song. The preview for next week's episode hints at a piece called "Small Bubbles," probably named after the Don Ho song Tiny Bubbles.

I still waiting Lupin Collections are based on Gorenger, Battle Fever J, Jetman, Abaranger, Gokaiger, and Kyuranger.....
|
I found this on Discord. Someone posted it from a Twitter account.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DjPCAaoU0AAvmch.jpg:large I believe the ring is wrong.. |
It is true the shape and appearance of the ring is not a direct redecoration of the actual Denzi ring, but the Denziman logo and the fact that the description on TV Asahi's website, which I primarily base the descriptions off of, classifies that the collection is a microwave "ring" gave me enough reason to organize it as such. Plus the descriptions always allude to the sentai they are referring to.
Similar example is when they had that collection which was a battery cell. Did not look a bit at all like the actual Zyudenchis in terms of form and size, but they appropriated it with the graphic patterns that resembled them. |

More importantly, looking at Au loin (Megaranger Tribute Piece), I see bird-like aesthetics! Is this a double nod to Mega-Sling AND Canary Nejilar from Megaranger 37? |
Maybe? It is possible considering these are already abundant with past season references.
|
I still hope we has crossover episode with Boukenger and Boukenger are trying to hunts some of Lupin Collections from Gangler....

Not sure if we're counting the collection pieces from the extended material, but according to Wikipedia, the soundtrack drama introduces a piece called The Angels Microphone (Tenshi no maiku) that forces people to speak in rhyme. My best guess, since it's an unofficial collection piece, is it may be based on the Gosei Microphone from Akibaranger. |
New update this week. This time, music takes control.
http://www.tokunation.com/showpost.p...24&postcount=1 Seriously, they MANAGED to link a Janet Jackson hit track with the zyusouken. Wow. :lolol |
New update this week. This time, dive in.
http://www.tokunation.com/showpost.p...24&postcount=1 So, this week's pop song reference is a bit of a doozy and I could not find any song titles prior to year 2000 that is related to or has the word plunge in it. I am also considering the words DIVE and FALLING and so far the closest candidate is Alicia Keys' song Fallin' and Melba Moore's Falling. Until I can find a suitable track I will keep it undecided for now. And yes I am open for suggestions. |

Just curious, were you able to find any songs that might match "Angel's Microphone"? |
