If I was in charge of designing a Rider called Zero One I'd give them a more traditional look and give them binary coding as a theme for their design so there we go

The plot will be same like the previous era.

I want Zero-One to be the Kuuga of the Rewia era. A rider that is simple, but does something new and different. Kuuga did felt like a Showa rider with a modern spin to it. I doubt that will ever happen though.

We already had a car gimmick with Drive and Drive was not that long ago.

Well the Sentai that brought back the capes (Magiranger & Lupinranger) looks good with it. Double and Mach look good with their scarves.

Yeah, I really wish scarves were used more. That said, they should be used sparingly -- W and Mach being some of the only ones that have them let them stand out; and that should be true of anyone with a scarf who follows.

We know next to nothing. The name isn't much of a clue and people have already theorised basically anything that logically follows.

It would be nice if this Rider had some design throwbacks - scarf, antenna, compound eyes. No one component is that rare but putting them all together, maybe an outright grasshopper theme, would be cool.

Well if you really want it, I cooked up the idea of Zero-One being the grandson of Ichigo. Plot goes that Ichigo went on to have children of his own but due to his duties as Kamen Rider he was forced to leave them in order to keep them out of danger. The children eventually grew up to be parents themselves and one day, Hongo's grandson becomes a Kamen Rider for whatever reason and finally meets his grandpa for the first time.

The theme of the show would be the hardships of becoming a Rider, kinda like in Gaim with the horrifying effects of teenagers getting Rider powers and eventually had to save the world.

It's fan fiction, but hey, what would fan fiction be without having fun?

Here's an interesting rumor that popped up. There's going to be 2 main Riders, Zero and One respectively. Sentai and Ultraman both kind of did this so maybe KR is chasing the trend

If Ichigo had kids, who's the mom? Of course, they could be adopted.

If that is true maybe it can be a nice tribute to how the original show(and to a degree W) had double riders if I may add. Even if this is not the case I think that would be cool.

Yeah, a weird amount of Toku shows will give the characters father drama but no mention at all of a mother, or very little.

Women never get much credits in KR. Get some mother, wife, sister, daughter drama for once.

Bruh the last three Kamen Riders had some decent focus on the mothers of characters, the fuck you smoking.

It took me a while to realize you meant Poppy. The actress for Sento's mother had to get cancer treatment iirc and I think it's why we never got a 'reunion' scene that I really wanted.

But yeah Kamen Rider may have an issue with women but this isn't really one of them, especially when the mothers tend to have it better than "Surprise the dad is a dick"

Out of Ghost and Build, Kuroto's Mom was handled the best. I agree that women in KR after awhile just fall under the "stands by watching and cheering" trope.

I think that's just a rumor. The only anniversary aspect of Fourze that we know was cut is that he originally was supposed to search and meet other Riders based on their urban legends.

I doubt we'll get Hongo or any Showa Rider with children considering how up to now they've always avoided that. If the "Zero One" is meant to be a reference to Rider 1, I'd guess it just means we'll get a throw back as far as themes and designs go rather than a direct story connection.

And we're not quite at the 50th anniversary yet... that'll be the series after Zero One.

Are you all concerned about the budgeting for Zero-One after the sheer number of actors and actresses the Zi-O crew brought in for their series?

I doubt it will have any effect on the next show's budget. Each show's budget is self-contained, especially because the next series likely will have a different producer. Hibiki went overbudget enough it got a producer fired, but Kabuto still looked great.

Besides, note how the only costly actor they've actually gotten so far was Ryotaro's and that was just a for a single movie scene. All the other big actors are conveniently too busy through the entire year apparently.

I'm sure most came back for very low pay or free for the fans service for the fans. Toei got good connections, and if Ryotaro isn't busy playing kenshin, they'll accommodate him on indoor set. 3 more arc of returning riders. Drive features kuuga , hoppers featuring gattack , and deno(the supporting duo return as their previous lesser known roles) zio try hard contain it to be the Heisei cinematic universe ignoring all Showa and shoehorning secondary riders and lores for no reason and built up. If Z1 sound like Zx to me at first might just get its own summer or taisen movie as pre 50. I'm expecting w like very enclosed story again after another decade /era.

Just hate the cast because of the script, but the returning guests are click bait. I'm not the only one. I'm not going to blindly suck up to this disaster inconsistent script even if its a toy commercials. The guys on yt dig harder than me about all expectations is subverted and lost. I expect an underwhelming no built up or foreshadow type of endgame. Looks like kabuto lore with worm history will be shoehorn in. Besides, underused returning guests , I'm seeing quite a few prefer decade over this. Decade is decent rewatch discounting the ending.

Eeeeh maybe a little bit? Drive had some bomb ass inserts and ever since then inserts have been kind of left out of the shows. Ghost had none and after that the shows only used them like 2 or 3 times before going back to the normal battle music.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the monster suit budget does get impacted, I didn't think they'd actually make 20 Another Rider suits, I figured after Arc 1 ended they'd just repaint them to be "Final Another Riders" or some other threat but hey I'm happy with it. Would not surprise me if we get ALOT of repainted stuff in Zero-One
