I kinda hope you're right just to spice things a bit. There's already info about a "southern base" and it's plenty reasonable to say the three musketee- I mean Megido generals aren't the main bad guys in Q2 cuz it wouldn't make sense to have 8+ riders to gang up on three generals, one dark rider, and Dezast.

Southern base could actually be some sort of corrupted branch. Where the northern base is fine and dandy, the southern base has in-fighting or is actually working for Megid.

When that happens, that is the time all of us in unison shout out, "OH SNAP THEY PULLED A COBRA KAI!" and freak out over the plot twist. :lolol

Kenzan's finisher animation when he fought Dezast had a scroll instead of a flipbook to go with his ninja theme, so it would be awesome if he got a power-up in the form of a scroll.
