From the thumbnail alone I am scared.

I've never seen the show but I believe its live action version of Pretty Cure. Its made by the same people who made the Tomica Hero series and Ryukendo.

Yeah, it does give me a similar vibe to what I've seen of those shows.

Cutie Honey the Live and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon are female-led tokusatsu.

I didn't really notice it at first but I watched the opening again after you mentioned that and I think I agree with you. I specifically get Ryukendo vibes from the villains and the part where the girls where striking, for lack of a better term, battle poses at about 1:00. Takara Tomy has some really wacky villain designs don't they.

That show's actually headed up by Takashi Miike. It's not the sort of project I ever expected from someone like him. His previous tokusatsu series was Keitai Sosakan 7 but he's mostly known for doing super violent and bizarre movies.

(I saw the first two episodes of Idol Miracle Tunes and...uh, it's not for me, it's literally a live action idol superhero show)

See, and the Tridoron is my absolute favorite rider machine, I think. Cars like that are just cooler than motorcyles will ever be to me.

That said, I really like riders having vehicles of any type, no matter how seldom they use them. Really helps the series stand out to me.
