Why do they need to patch voice acting? Is the game that low on a budget that they can't hire voice actors?

Yeah, the game's blatantly low budget and only had a year od dev time, though the dev team's said that they want to repeat what Battle for the Grid did as that game didn't have voice acting at launch either

Tim Curry is retire now, so it probably won't happen. Whoever voiced Nigel on Robot Chicken is pretty good.
