Link is cool. His poseability is a bit limited, especially in the hips because of his tunic, but I really like him.

I only own two Figmas and I'm unhappy with both of them. I'll probably still buy the Kill la Kill figmas, because what other options do I have? But they aren't a touch on Figuarts which is a line far from perfect as it is.

Which two? because I own 2 and absolutely love both of them.

Tekkaman Blade and Princess of the Crystal.

Tekka is ridiculously over stylised and really bizarrely proportioned and with Princess of The Crystal they just tried way to hard to make her a perfect representation and the end result is a flimsy and awkward toy that is hard to do anything with.

That happens sometimes with figmas, they try to make an impractical design into a toy, and because of that the toy has issues. Labrys, for example has an axe that is about twice her size, and she has very tiny feet, so she can't stand up while holding her axe without the use of a stand. This is a fault of the character design, and not the toy. So, I'm perfectly fine with it. So, I think you should be fine with Ryuko. There are only two things I can see that might go wrong: 1. Her upper torso articulation may be a bit limited due to the suspenders. 2: She may have some trouble standing, because of her high heels.

Bluefin said that a figuart line based on a classic fighting game line is plan. I wonder it can be? They said it's not Street Fighter, but I'm guessing either Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur or Darkstalkers.

Would be all over some Mortal Kombat Figuarts.

Soul Calibur or Darkstalkers would be my main bet. MK is not very popular in Japan, but they could be one of those figures made mainly for the US market. If they do Soul Calibur figuarts then I wonder if the guest characters have a chance on being made.

I think they can get away with using Link and Spawn since they are different versions of the character and I don't think Figma owns the rights to the SC2 Link design.

My guess would be either Tekken or Soul Calibur, as they're both owned by Namco-Bandai.

And if we do get Soul Calibur figuarts, I'm going to be an EXTREMELY irate pirate if we don't get Cassandra within the first year.

Even if it was SC, first releases would be Nightmare, Mitsurugi, and a pair of titties.
Expecting anything more is setting yourself up for disappointment.

I'd have no problems with Nightmare and Mitsurugi being first releases. Just as long as I get my Cervantes and Talim figuarts somewhere down the line I'm good.

I would love if it were Darkstalkers, they are long overdue for some good figures. It's probably something else though, seeing as lately they've been acquiring a number of properties I could give two flying.. well you get it. lol.

I would be super happy if SC2 Spawn got a figuart. I don't care if he becomes a web exclusive, I would still buy him. It been years since we had a good Spawn figure.

Yeah, but they stop making Spawn stuff years ago. I think Todd would be okay with Spawn figuarts if it's not the Spawn from the comics. The 1997 Spawn movie figure or SC2 Spawn figure would be make happy nevertheless. Todd's toy company tends to focus on Walking Dead, NFL, Halo and AC now these days.
