Episode 3 of Dekaranger. Not so Pro now are you Hoji? Dumbass :lol I can already see where people might have problems with this show. It's very episodic this soon in. But that's not to say it's unenjoyable. This kind of episode to episode plot is EXACTLY what a show like Gobuster was missing.

Was about to start up Go-Onger, but then I realized that I pretty much watched Sentai nonstop for like 4 days, so I'm gonna take a break.

Sounds like it's time for Kamen Rider, or Ultraman if you're really burnt out. :lol

I can't recommend this series highly enough. A brilliant cast, excellent villains, great stories that aren't influenced by what toy is on the shelves and one of the best endings I've seen in Super Sentai. This is easily in my top 5 favourite Sentai series.

Dekaranger Episode 5. 2 things:

1. Murphy is ridiculously awesome. I love dogs and I love robots. It doesn't get better than this.
2. I now have the painful urge to collect Dekaranger Figuarts and the DX Murphy toy :lol

Does he become the armor like in the US version? Cause Thats one part I really loved.

Yes he does. In the crossover with Magiranger. This is the only time a US Battlizer has been used in Super Sentai and one of the few times that Sentai has acknowledged Power Rangers.

I just watched another 2 episodes and I have to say I'm enjoying it alot. Ban is a little too loud for my taste but otherwise it's pretty great. The music goes a long way towards hooking me too. Very interesting ending theme. And Jetman is classic man. There's alot to love there. Great music again, great mecha designs, some of the funniest kaijin designs, and easily the greatest black ranger ever in Yuki Gai.

You also can't go wrong with Go-Onger. Especially if you like comedy and a more light-hearted affair. And if you love clusterfuck robos like I do then it's PERFECT :lol No experience with Zyuranger other than the obvious Power Rangers version.

Well, I've been rewatching various episodes of Goseiger in the past couple of days while trying to get over this fever. (I'm resisting making a jab about how it's making me feel worse.) I don't know about you guys, but I'd better not be the only one to have seen the high levels of sexual tension in between Gosei Knight and Nessie no Uobouzu. I mean, 10000 years of thinking about the same guy? They totally had a prehistoric Gosei thing going on.

If that's sexual tension then Tekken is freaking love story.

If anyone had sexual tension it was Makuin and Kingugon :lol

On episode 18 of Abaranger and, WOW, I don't think I've seen a better debut than that of Abare Killer. He just whooped ass.

Also on Epic 18 of Goseiger, well its ok, still waiting for Gosei Knight to grow on me.

No but that hasn't stopped me from trying!

So I started Gingaman for the hell of it. The space pirates in this show are more competent than Gokaiger though, that's for sure. They've already killed one guy off. If anything though, this show just makes me want to watch more Gekiranger. The abnormal suits, unique fighting styles and locations are just a lot more appealing in Geki for some reason.
Also, I love that the first MOTW is a pompadour.

Any reason to watch more Geki is a good reason :lol

More Dekaranger progress! Just finished Episode 10. The Jasmine 2-parter was standard fair but the ban 2 parter with the trust bracelets was pretty good. Overall I'm still really enjoying this show. Quite a bit more than I thought I would. Of all the Disney era ranger shows SPD was easily my favorite. Great ranger suit and mecha designs. Seeing it as it was originally intended is even better.

On a side note I did wind up ordering a DX Murphy and an SHF Dekablue because I started watching this show :lol

Does that include the reason "So Matrixbeast will shut up about it?" :p



I have 18 episodes left of Zyuranger and I'm still very much enjoying it. I love how cheap these shows can get sometimes. They have these moments when God talks through his Guardian Beasts avatars and it's so clearly the toys. They use these shots in the intro too, making me wonder why they didn't use the models/suits instead so it would look good in the intro.

Meanwhile, episode 32 had an awesome Daizyujin entrance that wasn't in MMPR. Daizyujin raises from the Earth with Geki carrying an unconscious Goushi in his hand. from the I will always love seeing actors interact with the mechas from the outside. Gives ya a good sense of scale (even if the scalng is wrong).



PS Jack Frost is Great Satan (Because normal Satan just wasn't enough for this show). So glad the soccer moms didn't know that in 1993. :lol

As long as everyone knows of the glory that is Juuken Sentai Gekiranger.

Episodes 15 & 16 of Goseiger! The Alata and Dereputa fight was bad ass. So much so that I said so outloud while watching it. Alata is a fantastic character, I don't get why this show gets flack at all. The comment Hyde made describing Alata being like the wind was a perfect way to describe him.
