Does anyone know if Alph and Olimar have separate trophies? If I were to play through classic mode as Alph would I still get an Olimar trophy at the end of it?

Same goes for the Koopa kids I guess.

The Koopa kids trophies are randomly found. I suspect the same for Alph.

As for Trophies. I'm trying to get trophies of every fighter we've had in Smash. The only 2 I know of that I'm missing are Mewtwo and Ice Climbers. I saw Ice Climbers once in the shop but I didn't have enough coins to buy it and I haven't seen it since.

So Sakurai is actually speaking out on the clones... And ALL it seems to me is pretty damn demeaning, calling all critics children and that he alone knows best. Yeah Sakurai. Real mature. More like you just can't handle the criticism, asshat.

Alph's trophy is exactly the same as Olimars, you find it randomly in the shop.

Insulting people who disagree and saying things like "why don't YOU make a game then" is kinda his thing though. He's not very good at responding to anything like that an just comes across as patronising.

Like, I get the cost issues. I genuinely do. But then they should have just left them as alternates instead of going through the effort of tweaking things to justify to themselves - and nobody else - why they should be separate. The cost (in terms of man hours maybe) for just those three could have conceivably even gone into just one unique character. Or revamping others like Ganandorf.

There were definitely better options, I wholly believe. But now that he sees what they chose isn't even being remotely well received, they're trying to justify it, but it is only come across as being rude and demeaning.

I really can't stand the nature of the response, or, hell, the purpose of it.

I don't know...I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he legitimately thinks the complaints are coming from children. Yeah, he could have been more polite about it, but it's not like half the roster is clones, there's only 4 out of 48 characters, so it's really not that big a deal that they're there.

I'm almost complete at collecting all the trophies in the game.

I'm assuming what's left is from Xenoblade as i barely have anything from that game in my collection.

I'm just running through Classic to get everyone's normal trophy.
Also because I want alt moves, but that is getting to be a bitch.

I think a good idea is to do Smash run a lot because that gets you tons of prizes that might be ALT's.

I'm gonna do Smash Run as everyone, too. Like I said, the alt moves is just a side project. I'm just aiming for everyone's normal trophy right now.

I'm starting to like Shulk.
Granted, I never use his Monado Arts because I can't remember which is which, but otherwise, he's really fun. I might start using him more~

In other news, collecting alt attacks has led to me getting the same fucking moves over and over. I just want the last Down special for Pikachu and some more shit for Samus. Stop giving me Marth's Side Special dammit >>

Everytime i pause the game on the Tomodachi life stage it makes my character seem more like a creepy stalker...

I rarely play on that stage, so I never noticed that the house is filled with Miis. That's cool, and awkward :lol

I wouldn't put it as one of my favorite stages but it is a fun one. :lol
If Tomodachi life is actually like that shut up and take my money.

So far, the only stages that actually annoy me are Paper Mario (Fuck that stage) and Balloon Fight.
All the others are pretty fun~

It does make me curious about Tomodachi Life, though~

I don't mind jumping. Mainly because there isn't some bullshit where the entire stage disappears and there's a rotating Bowser head that you can't grab onto with two annoyingly tiny platforms on the sides that are meters away from the head and are infuriatingly high so that if you don't use your recovery the moment you fall off, you're practically dead. And that portion of the stage persists for what seems to be a fucking eternity and the central Bowser head seems to be covered in lube with how face gnawingly easy it is to slip off while standing dead fucking center on top of it, along with the only real "safe" zone of the head, the mouth, closes whenever you need to stand in it the most...

Paper Mario was the first stage to actually anger me in this game. Not even Master Core did that :lol

The first part's definitely better then the Bowser Castle part, but the Rogueport section is both way funner and way better looking and comes from way better games! The level would actually be my favourite if they gave you the option to stick with Rogueport.

One thing from the Rougeport part that bugs me is the waves that hit the boat, it distracts me.

A fucking circle would be better the Bowser Castle part.

But the Rogueport portion is pretty fun.
I'd be more willing to pick the Paper Mario stage if it was more limited.

Yeah, I really like the Rogueport section, both because I like the TTYD representation and it's just a nice stage design. It would have been great if only that part were the whole stage. It's unfortunate because as much as I enjoy that part of it, I never play that stage because of the first and third sections.
