What happened with SHF Gokai Red? BBTS cancels my preorder and now there are none on Mandarake or any from US sellers on ebay. And does anyone have one they want to sell, because I feel silly have Silver without Red.

I think I noticed a bunch on eBay yesterday for $40-$50.

The Gokaigers weren't distributed to the US the same way other Figuarts are. I guess BBTS was unable to secure any stock. I'm a little surprised there hasn't been a rerelease of the figure yet, but hopefully they'll do one before too long.

The Gokai Reds and Blues on BBTS are in some distribution black hole from which there is no escape. I had those 2 preordered for months and finally gave up in December and just ordered them on Mandarake. I'll see if I can't find you a Red reasonably priced on there.

The Akibaranger subsection of the Bandai website has updated their banner to include Bouken Red. Doesn't look like there are any proper official images up yet, but it confirms his September release!

Oh man, I always gave my anime con dealer room not having Figuarts, but apparently they wised out BIG TIME. They had so much my head was spinning. Trunks was there too, even though he more or less just came out. And then don't get me started on the sudden appearance with role play stuff :cry.

I know, the last con I went to had a whole booth of nothing but Kamen Rider products...I got my Meteor Driver there, it blew my mind. The con I'm going to Sunday, I'll know of two places that'll at least have Figuarts...it's mind blowing.

BBTS screwed me on my Gokaigers so I learned never to bother with them again. I only place preorders with them as backups in case other sites fall through. Once they come in stock elsewhere, usually Mandarake, I cancel.

Yeah thats a pretty good call. It kills me knowing I dont have trunks while other do.

Well it doesn't bother me having to wait while others have it, I pretty much live my entire life vicariously anyway. I usually try to keep my orders within the US just as personal preference, but everyone seems to like Mandarake and they do take PayPal so I feel a little better about it now. Is shipping usually pretty expensive with them? I plan on paying with PayPal and I'm pretty sure you have to get a specific type of shipping.

Shipping is pretty affordable if you go with the SAL option. However it takes about 2-4 weeks for delivery with that method. I don't have experience with DHL but I hear good things. EMS is expensive (it's what I commonly use) but it's worth it to me because you get the items in hand in 3-5 days. I recommend Mandarake VERY highly. They are easily one of the best import services out there.

Thanks. I'm going through the store now thinking about placing an order. After hearing what people are saying about BBTS I think I'm going to be giving up on a few preorders there, I got Decade, Kabuto, Kick Hopper, and Accel that I've had since December.

Yeah man I'd definitely give up on Decade and Accel. I had those preordered for a long time. Too long. Finally gave up and went the Mandarake route with them as well. I think I had Cyclone Joker on preorder for something like 6 months only to get an e-mail saying they weren't fulfilling any orders for it. Wound up finding one here on the boards for $30. For some reason once BBTS sells out of a figure they rarely get it back in stock and there are even some things (Gokai red/Blue) that I don't know if I've ever seen in stock there. Even when they do get a restock it's for all of like a minute before it's gone again for another 6 months. Prime exampls being G3, Black RX, and Ultimate Kuuga.

Actually yes. The scanning charge for Super TaToBa uses the wings.

With EMS shipping included my wife got me one for $75 for my birthday. A bit much, but with as scarce as he's become I'll take it. I saw 2 on Mandarake earlier in the week but one was my gift. The other I think disappeared.

Yeesh, since it's a retail figure you guys don't think it'll be reissued? Decade was just reissued a few weeks ago.

Well at least the reissue isn't happening until august. And if it makes you feel any better, most pre-orders for said reissue are sold out. (Although I pre-ordered one when they weren't :P)

That's what I meant. The pre-orders went up a few weeks ago. Either way 60 bones isn't a bad price to get it now... You're only spending like 10/15 more anyway after conversion.

Well riddle me this. Is there any sign that they may reissue Accel, Kabuto, and Kick Hopper/Punch Hopper? Or maybe blue fin will? Those are the ones I'm looking for right now and I hope that's all, hunting older figuarts down isn't the most fun I've had on the internet. :D
