They reissue Shadow Moon in the old SHF box instead renewing him. Belial can still get reissue since he's still a solid figure that holds up very well.

Bandai could always do it, but I agree with Goblez that they'll probably choose not to, in lieu of reissues of the remaining renewals like Ultraseven, or Dyna and Gaia V2 to accompany the renewal Tiga.

Is Zamusha worth buying? I found him on Ebay cheap for $20.

Just paid off Imitation Ultra renewal at NY. Now the wait 'til the end of the month begins.

I got Glen Fire today and he's fantastic. He's my favorite Ultra Act figure to date so far. Does anyone know how to put the giant flaming scythe in his hand? I'm having trouble with that.

That's the trouble with Glenfire - it's so heavy, it makes it very difficult for him to hold it. Mine has his open/gripping hand holding it with the ground propping up the bottom, and even then the handle has made the hand loose enough that if you nudge Glenfire or the shelf he's on, the staff will fall out. If you want a really dynamic pose while using the large flame staff, you'll need a Tamashii stage or something similar to provide added stability.

So we noticed! Of particular note is how Ultraseven Dark includes an Emerium Beam effect, which the renewal Ultraseven was actually lacking and sorely could have used, one of the only accessories included in the original release that he lacks.

I take it that renewal Ultraseven has no chance on being reissue?

Why on earth would you make that assumption? The mold being reused for this Dark exclusive would at most delay his reissue, not prevent it entirely. With all the other Ultra-Act reissues over the past year, it's only a matter of time before he's finally redone.

Oh neat, just got my shipping notice from NY on Imitation Ultra renewal. Anyone getting it via EMS will receive theirs faster than me, but something to look forward to. It'll time well with my AmiAmi order.

I was really worried that the height difference would be substantial and the figure would look 'off' if posed with the rest of the cast.

I'm kinda of cheesed off that Bandai Japan rebooted the line with the renewal bodies. I have been buying everything since the line started. I was so mad that I even sold off my Ultraman and Seven 1.0. First time I sold off any Ultra merchandise! X)

Finally had a chance to open up my Imitation Ultra today. He's similar to Jonias and Mother in that he's not barren of accessories but the ones he comes with don't feel as impressive as other releases.

One thing I didn't realize, as pointed out in Shishioh's pics, until opening him is that he has the extra removable slot in his back for a Brothers Mantle. Though it's not as easy to tell in Shishioh's pics, the red on his hip piece and parts of the visible shoulder joints are a lighter shade of red than the red used for the paint aps on his body (making for a visible contrast with the lighter hips leading into the darker colored thighs). That said, I enjoy him since he's a rather creepy looking bastard.

So this year we are getting Ginga, Ultraman Zero x2, Astra, Mebius and now Ultraman King! Maybe next year we'll get Ultraman 80, Yullian and many more Kaiju. Just imagine Ultra-Act versions of Mephilas, Hipporito, Babalou (already has a prototype) and EX Red King!

Excellent that the Ultraman King will be coming out this year :thumb:, I also hope a renewal version of Belial and the re-release of Ultraman Dyna Flash Type :D

A renewal for Belial would be cool if he could have a Deathcium Ray effect part and a Tamashii stand piece. Added height would be great, too.

Mebius looks great. Looking forward to him and King.

When is Powered going to show up though? We saw him at a show a long time ago, when Noa and Dark Zagi and others were revealed, and he's still yet to trickle out. I'm not sure if there's time for it to show up at the end of this year, so we may have to wait into '15 now.

I'll be paying for my AmiAmi order this week so I'll be getting my Ginga in-hand early the following week. Plus the Zero two-pack's hitting in July!
