I feel like the surviving twin (I'm still not quite sure which one is Siita and which one is Jiip) has a good chance of becoming a rider as a way to get more powerful so they can take revenge on Shouma. Maybe they'll become Bitter Gavv? Which might lead to them realizing Lango's abuse is the real reason for their suffering and turning against the Stomach family, or they might stay consumed by hatred for Shouma until the bitter end.

Yep, it's Jiip and I think he is the likely candidate to be Bitter Gavv based on how things are so far.

That's funny because, since I noticed her with the bubble in the opening in the early ep, my mind never doubted she would become a rider.

But there is a scene, one scene, that almost erased that hope in my mind.

The moment Shouma got beaten by the twins, and he returned with Hanto to Hapipare, lying saying he got beaten by punks or I don't remember who.
The reaction Sachika had. That precise reaction of grabbing an helmet and a bat to fight and defend Shouma, while everyone knows she is not a fighter at all. The comedy. That's the kind of scene they usually give to female character who don't fight and are more here for support/funny purpose. It's the gap between the "we know she can't fight" and that reaction that makes it funny and touching.

Someone like Mei in Saber could do that. But someone that would become a rider and suddenly throw hands/know how to fight ??? eeeh. I guess it wouldn't be unheard of, but I don't think that would match with what we've seen.

Yeah I guess a new female character will have to appear then as Gavv?s female rider.

A hybrid like Shoma would have to suffice.

Since Sachika isn?t the fighter type and is the emotional anchor for Shoma.

Yeah, I've never once thought that scene was supposed to be ironic and I still don't. Since Meispada was debunked, I want to destroy the Rider stereotype that genki girls can only cheer and cannot fight. If Sachika wants to fight for people's happiness as a Rider, then she should!

I completely agree, if Sachika wants to fight she should be able too. Mei could have fought too, because Touma had zero fighting ability before he became a Rider basically too.

I'm betting Jiip after the death of his sister. My theory is that he finds Dente and forces him to remodel him as a half-Granute like Shoma to match his powers.

Seems like Bitter Gavv will at least one exclusive side form, and surprisingly their own Motorcycle. They also removed the Kart Launching feature for their sword, not surprised when even the story couldn't make that feature relevant for more than the opening arc

Something feels off about the Jiip as Bitter Gavv theory... I can't quite put my finger on why, but I'm getting a hunch that it might actually not be an external enemy at all, rather an embodiment of Shouma's dark side somehow. Possibly a clone or split-off copy of him, or maybe Shouma himself, since a lot of Reiwa riders have dark/berserk forms. Gotchard is the only one so far who IIRC didn't have any (I forget if Iron Gotchard was one), although Geats's was Boost MkIII which only appeared once. And given that Shouma is literally half monster already I'll be surprised if he never gets one

Bitter Gavv won't work for Shoma. Dark Gavv would be fitting name for him if he ends up eating a Dark Sweet that turns him evil and unleashing his Granute self.

Hm, I didn't consider the split personality route until now. The whole "Jiip is vengeful" angle had me convinced, but mechanically speaking, Shouma's Gavv is unique to him being human and Granute, so there's that. Unless, Nyelv and Suga somehow figures out a workaround and augments Jiip.

Yeah, that's a possibility that I am still open to as well. FairyKing's speculation is convincing too though considering Shouma's trait of creating Gochizous by eating snacks still seems unique to him within the narrative.

Unless there's a way Suga would get some DNA from Shoma and gives it to Nyelv. They'll find Jiip and look for Dente's cave & force him to create Bitter Gavv.

Hair generally doesn?t contain DNA. If hair is used for DNA analysis, then it uses follicles of skin that were on the hair.

Meaning there's still chances that Suga may have obtain DNA, right?
