OOO wins easily. Two words: Super TaToBa. Clock Up and Hyper Clock Up will be useless against it and without Clocking Up, the Kabuto is a rather vanilla Rider with some neat weapons. Also, pretty sure Eiji would be immune to Tendou trolling :lol.

Heh heh, awesome comic.
I love OOO, it's a great show, but the way they constantly dragged out the medal switching kinda annoyed me. It definitely felt like it was NOT as free action in the show. Just nobody ever took advantage of it. |

B. I actually remember there being occasions where Ankh tossed Medals and somebody found a way to intercept them. That's part of what led me to change my mind and side with Kabuto. And yeah, I know no one is probably tossing the Medals at Eiji and he's drawing them himself, but OOO is the one recent Rider series that didn't just pull the transformation trinkets out of hammerspace and, for me, that qualifies as a huge weakness when he's up against a guy with super speed and no compunctions about fighting dirty. |
Yeah, didn't Kazari or Uva swipe some out of the air shortly after Eiji stole a core medal from him? I think Kabuto could totally Clock Up and swipe medals while Eiji's trying to transform, and then beat the crap out of him.
