Anything with Blaze and Roxy is new! Dark Buster (Blaze) appeared toward the end of the series and rather sparingly. Roxy's Monster form wasn't originally that yellow.

They are clearly doubling down on all-new footage, but there are scenes of Go-Busters being sprinkled every so often!

The first two Robotrons were destroyed via new footage, but Shoveltron was likely Sentai stock given how he and his giant counterpart were destroyed simultaneously on-screen.

The production values are in the new footage and its efforts with world-building.

It looks to be RPM-level with how much new footage it's using; with the only major exception being of course the giant robot fights.

American nickelodeon and the brazilian cartoon network doesn't have any respect to PR.

Why

I wouldn't say they don't have any respect, I just think they market it very poorly. I think it's Nick that has the stimulation for the 2 seasons, and Nick having very large mid season gaps is a bad call, too.
But hey, if it maximizes profit and brand awareness, then whatever.

More Tokusatsu aspects. Done right, people will say it would be a rather unique superhero movie.

Normally I'd vouch for physical suits for the ranger costumes, but since this is Hollywood and they love CGI. Instead I'll say "a different design theme for the CGI".

One of the criticisms I remember hearing about PR:2017 was the CGI stuff looked like abominations, which is... kinda fair. I mean, did we really need a Mastodon zord with 8 legs?

In my opinion, Hollywood is fully capable of making CGI look good, it just depends on the design choices.
