So Ryuki, Blade, Kabuto, Kiva, Wizard, Drive, and Ghost are the only main Heisei riders without corresponding Vistamps.

Agito-based Triceratops Genome I can definitely see.

My guesses for those ViStamps based on the colours are Hibiki, Shin and Ghost. We already have a yellow and green ViStamp which I think is more likely to be OOO (Cheetah), and Triceratops' colour scheme fits Ghost. The Buffalo and Triceratops' horns also work for Shin's antennae and Ghost's horn

The name "Gakkolon" is still worth analyzing, even if only to better determine what the joke is.

If you look at the Vistamps, they have the blue marble color indicating Main Heisei Riders instead of the white for Showa.

Shin's looks white to me
