Kiva suffered from different problems. They'd have an idea but then give up on it the next episode. The Booster for his bike, the beautiful Rider Kick visual they only used twice, Ixa's Fake Fuestles, Tatsulot connecting into his weapons.

And character derailment so massive it felt like there were no rails to begin with. :p

Break the chain is actually my favorite Rider OP :D But Supernova was kinda overused, because they played it in every single episode ever since Emperor Form first appeared.

Anything Emperor related is overused. :P

Just finished the first episode of Ryuki. It was pretty good. Shinji is uh, quite the character :lol

I love the evolution of Accel's forms. Accel is a motorcycle, Trial is a race car and Booster is a jet... just wish Booster moved a bit faster though in the only fight it was ever in.

Kind of ironic that, in the grand scheme of things, Booster's color motif should signify that he should slow down. :p

I have to say I'm really enjoying it so far though. The way it's set up works much better for me than starting things from the beginning, it's shakes things up and makes it a much less predictable show. I LOVE all these snow battles too, it definitely gives the show it's own unique feel.

Watched 2-3 of Ryuki. I'm really digging it so far. Definitely makes me want to add to my small Ryuki collection.

Plus, he kicks an enemy so many times, he not only renders them imobile, but he BEATS A GIANT "T" ONTO THEIR BODY.

Trial is one of the best secondary rider upgrades, power is meaningless when you are being hit thousands of times in a couple of seconds.

Yes they designed the Kiva suit without keeping in mind that an actual human being must be able to perform stunts in it.
Takaiwa complained early on that the chains and the armor were too heavy for him so they designed Emperor to be lighter and used it for the rest of the series.

Thinking about Blade (still need to watch it) makes me wish we'd get an actual medieval season, one that doesn't take place in a modern setting. It'd be really interesting.

Before I started seriously watching W I didn't enjoy Accel's design. I hated the helmet, the almost solid red color scheme, and turning into a bike just seemed goofy.
But now that I started watching it my opinion has changed completely. Ryuu is a great character, and Accel's Bike form isn't as goofy as it looks in stills. It works in movement. And Trial.. Trial is just beautiful. I love the blue and silver, I love the new helmet, and the Memory itself is just awesome.

Stop disagreeing with my viewpoints. It's unnatural. :lol

Honestly, I thought Trial was a bit lackluster in terms of design. Especially the fish-faced helmet. Don't get me wrong, it was great in action, but in terms of aesthetics, I thought Accel's base form was superior.

Up to episode 15 in Ryuki. I watched blade before this, and blade felt so much like the whole show was developing the plot to what eventually happened in the end. Wizard, to me right now, feels so episodic, and I still don't know what's going on in the overall story. All that has happened so far is that there is a wizard...there are phantoms...and the phantoms want to make other phantoms.

And the henshins...son of a bitch, I hate them, but I still run around the house saying shabadoobie, touch to henshin. My wife looks at me like I'm nuts.
