Best thing I have read in response to this is some guys saying that Batman would never get raped in prison cause he would be the one to rape other prisoners.

Why isn't an exec at WB reading that and going "Yeah...Let's just terminate that contract..."

I don't like Zack Snyder expect for like one or two movies of his. I still think the guy is bad at story telling. Watchmen was decent because the movie mainly copy and paste from the graphic novel.

I wasn't too much of a fan of Watchmen. It felt drawn out, the character interactions didn't feel very natural and events went by too quickly. It wasn't enjoyable and felt too much like a movie that wanted to be smart, but Snyder couldn't reign himself in so he put too much time on Rorschach's violence rather than the more plot important scenes.

Jeez; this man is unfit to direct any movie.

Sex and violence are not meant to be the main draws to a Justice League movie. It's almost like WB wants this to fail.

If I wanted to watch sex and violence, a superman movie would be the LAST place I'd go looking for it...

True; there are other options out there. Betting everything on Synder who both doesn't have a stellar track record and overly fond of dark, depressing symbolism to do a movie about a mostly optimistic team is just screaming to fail.

I get that WB/DC loves Batman to death but not every hero and heroine benefits from getting a coat of grimdark. Light must balance out the darkness or you'll lost your audience, something I highly doubt they'll learn until bankruptcy is staring them blank in the face.

The worst part is that they'll never have to worry. Even with such monumental drops like BvS's second weekend, they still made bank day one. It'll always be a huge profit, so they'll never have to remove the veil from their eyes.
