Just watched ep. 3 of Try, that was fun. I love the new 3-member team format, it makes for awesome battles. Also, is Gyanko's older brother the guy from season 1 that fought Sei in the first episode? I can't remember his name off the top of my head, but it wouldn't surprise me if they were related.

Yeah, I noticed that. Is it me, or does this season seem more... buy-our-kits-y? There seemed to be quite a few points that reallly felt like gunpla commercials, heck they even go to a Gunpla store in the next episode. I know the whole thing's always been one great big gunpla commercial, but it seems more heavy-handed this year.

My desire to get a Build Burnning is growing each episode…you could be onto something. :lol

I dunno, and the last one was pretty much set on a Gunpla store. :lol

Yeah, but that was just the setting, and not much actually took place in the store. This seems more thinly veiled.

I don't think it's focusing on that at all. Build Fighters showed more building in that series than in Try so far. This one is just action. (I'm sure they'll build upgrades later, but not as much as in the first "season")

Two questions.

1. What is build fighters Try? I have heard of build fighters but try seems new.

2.I been out of the gunpla business for many years. The last kit I built was the HG Wing custom from Gundam wing. How has the quality of the builds improved?

At NYCC I was talking to the bandai rep about the RG stuff. Looks good but I want to know is it enough to justify the pricetag?
