The thing was I did know Pepsiman(thank you Famikamen Rider!), but since you called the pic "Team Faceless", I assumed everyone in the picture was just made up(I didn't even notice Slenderman there!).

Doc Scratch? Now I know I haven't heard that one.

That's what it said in Tumblr: "Team Faceless". :p

According to google he's from "MS Paint Adventures", or something like that. I have no idea who he is either.
