Just bought my 40th Figuart off ebay today (I don't know I can count the SHF Itasha Robo as a figure, otherwise it'd be my 41st).

Sailor Mars is coming from overseas within the next week or so.

So only the Kabuto and Kuwagaraiger 2-pack left for this month to get...

I got a small box in today, just Gokai Pink and the Beast stage. This makes me the closest I've been to completing a sentai team, lacking only Gokai Yellow as I am. Although, technically, I only need Blue Buster to have all of the released Go-Busters, but that team will never be complete for me until they release a Beet Buster/Stag Buster two-pack.

He put a big dent in my wallet but that's what happens when you collect the Medicom 12" figures -_-. But I just love all the detail they can put on a figure this size(right down to the rings on Ankh's fingers and the two claws that have sparkly finger nail polish XP) and just the realistic look that one can only get by using real fabric/material close to what is used in the shows. Now I just need to get myself Eiji and Tatoba to go with him, maybe Date too....

On the topic of Project BM I also managed to get Skull for a sweet deal of $80 bucks, he is just so cool

finally this seems to be Miura Ryousuke month for me as I got both Beet Sazer and the three Space Pirates from Sazer X,

For what they are, soft plastic toys that feel like a squeaky toy I am really impressed by the detail and paint work of the pirates. They really look exactly like they do in the show. The only problem I had was with Blaird who had no detail on his gold chest or silver part of his face and just looked flat, his eyes were tiny too-just two little black dashes that were mostly hidden under the red. But I used an ink pin I had and detailed along the lines of the plastic while using a picture from the show as reference and that fixed any problem I had with him.

You just blew my mind. Had no idea Miura was also Beet Sazer.

Yep, before Miura was Ice Loving greed he the was sweet innocent little Kaine. It was actually Miura's involvement in the show that got me to watch it, I wasn't intrested in watching any Toku show other than Sentai and Kamen Rider. But since I found Sentai by looking for other Jdramas Tori Matsuzaka so I figured why not give it a shot. Loved it and after watching Rescue Force and Garo I am so glad I gave it a try. Also Blaird is awesome, 'nuff said.

EDIT: just have to add, now that I know own both Ankh figure and a beet Sazer figure I am going to have to make Ankh do the Knuckle cross henshin pose, something that was seriously lacking in the net movies. I don't care if Toei doesn't own Beet Sazer...it would of been hilarious to see Ankh deciding to henshin instead of relying on Eiji and everyone's reaction to his suit.

I don't collect 12" figures, but if I saw that Skull figure for $80, I could see myself getting it.

The fanboy in me wishes that Hot Toys would do Sentai and Kamen Rider releases, especially for civilian forms.

But…the rational part of me is dreading how much a complete collection would end up costing.
