Just a heads up to anyone else pre-ordering Asuna, I got a payment request from HobbySearch last night. So she'll be shipping out soon.

So, Asuna arrived today. Other than a nice big drip of green paint on her effect part and a bit of paint missing from her mouth, she's pretty OK. I was surprised by the quality. I always assumed Figmas were comparable to SHFs in quality, but this figure has a very rough feel. Almost more like a handmade custom then a mass-produced product. It's OK, but I'd upgrade to a SHF in a heartbeat if there was one.

Figma Hulk looks like it lacks the amount of articulation compared to the Figuarts version. I don't think I'll need another Hulk though since I got the Figuarts one now.

I think Hulk looks pretty good, and since I'm dumb and have all the other Figma Avengers, I'll pick up Hulk.

Max Factory can go do one over Hulk. If they'd released him alongside all the other Avengers a year ago I'd have preordered him instantly and not bothered with any of the SHFs. To go "oh yeah we are still doing him" now when I have the Figuart en route is annoying to say the least.

Same. I might still consider getting him anyways since its Avengers vs Avengers AOU but I won't be too sad if I miss out on him.

I'm a little happy that they're doing another video game series. And it's awesome that they're making them the blocky polygons they should be. But I have no interest in Virtua Fighter personally.. the lack of new Nintendo Figma to keep incidentally building the Smash roster is disappointing. :/
