Nice comic and collection, Mohd Hanifah! I especially like your pics that have the Ultras having group discussions. What was Father saying in his speech?

Awesome comic. I was thinking about doing the same with Ultraman Ultra Act figures vs. the Kamen Rider figuarts. I had Decade vs. Zero and Stronger vs. Leo in my mind for a while now.

Father said, "the original ultraman (Hayata) will be here this end of month (because i have ordered it last month). so every Ultras have to get prepared and respect him when he arrived. :)

He comes with a promo flyer for Tiga Multi renewal, which I found interesting (can't remember the last Ultra-Act that came with something other than the instructions).

I haven't had a chance to check out the previous Ginga ep's yet, so this is my first exposure to him outside of pics of the show I've seen here and elsewhere. Not quite "Iron Ultra," but definitely "Armored Ultra" in appearance. The clear sky blue is really pretty and makes him quite striking, especially in comparison to your average Ultra. I do wish he'd come with an extra head where the entire back was light-piped, so that way the clear blue could look that much more impressive.

His shoulder pads are connected to a ball joint on his shoulder piece; if you move the arm/shoulder to far up, it can pop off. Nothing feels delicate though that I'd worry it'd snap and take the ball joint with it one day. Each shoulder pad does have a letter designation to remind you which is "right" and which is "left."

You remove the blue piece on his right forearm to attach one of his effect parts; it's an easy swap, and both the incumbent piece and the effect plug in nice and tight. For whatever reason, I guess you can't do it with the left arm though? Only the right forearm piece is removable on mine.

With the other effect part, I found him harder to balance, not because he's now more top-heavy/off-balance than usual thanks to the effect part itself, but because the waist joint became more loose as I tinkered with him. He's not floppy, but he'll lurch forward a bit at the waist at certain angles, which means he'll tip over with the other effect part added.

Overall, cool figure. Aside from the waist looseness on mine and inability to plug the one effect part onto the left forearm, I do wish he'd come with more hands (just two extra pairs), but it's not a big deal. I do love the blue used on the box though, especially the metallic foil blue; it looks silvery in the pics here, but is much more distinct in-person.

Nice Ginga pics! I've seen one where all of his clear blue pieces are popped off, and combined with the shoulderpads has left more than a couple of people thinking Bandai might incorporate an effects set with all the other Ginga colors/abilities represented. I don't have one myself, so this might be more someone at the beginning stage of possible customization rather than any intended feature.

Really...interesting. Effects sets would definitely be cool. I'll have to take a closer look at the other blue pieces then and see if they can be removed; when I tried the left forearm it resisted and was really snugly in there (couldn't tell if it was actually glued or not) so I didn't want to force it. If the other pieces do come on and off with minimal trouble though...I'll check back later when I have a chance.

Oh it's definitely an intended feature. I've been playing around with mine for a gallery and it's clearly meant to be done. If he sells well I imagine Web Exclusive sets of his other colored bits.

I just got Ginga today and he's better than I expected! I'm interested in getting some vinyl Ultra Kaiju as I also get some Ultra-Act ones. I'm interested in suggestions for good ones to get that are a decent scale with Ultra-Acts. Judging from pictures it looks like DX Tyrant and Gudon look big enough for example.

A bit belated now, but to confirm what Baltan touched on and Den-O demonstrated in the new site gallery for Ginga, the remaining clear pieces on Ginga's chest, shins and left forearm ARE removable.

(Not sure why I had the previous issue with the left forearm before...probably just "pilot error" on my part. Either way, I can remove it now.)

An effect set is certainly possible now. I'll have to think about buying an extra Ginga sometime in case an effect set does happen, so I can have more than one color on display at the same time.

The Capsule Monsters for Ultra Seven look great! I wonder if we can expect any new Ultra-Act Kaiju soon. I just ordered Gomora and I'm considering Red King.

Noticed a Strong Corona/Luna Miracle set showed up on Mandarake recently...still waiting on Nippon Yasan to ship mine (my SIC Sagozo already shipped).

Its not out officially until the 26th of July so not sure why someone got theirs so early

Ha! Sorry for the late reply but I won't be getting 80 and Yullian. IMO they don't feel in with the aesthetics of the old school Ultraman.

I'm on the fence if Bandai ever releases Mephilas, Zarab and Zetton because I don't think they will be well executed i.e. multi-jointed. For example, Red King was poorly designed IMO and I rather use a vinyl.

By the way guys, can anyone tell me the difference between the previously released Astra and the renewal version? Will the renewal version come with the 'Ultra Key' also? I'm thinking of off-loading the earlier version to my cousin.

No Ultra Key for Astra this time. He does come with the Double Flasher effect parts and the King Mantle for Leo.
