So here's what I can think of:
1) Must have a kickass design
2) The worse motivation, the better. Fighting just for the sake of fighting? Or even no explained reason? That's a Ginga.
3) Powerful, to almost final-form levels.

Anyone got anything to add?

That's just most movie riders.

Rule 4) Be cooler than your average movie rider

Hmmmm, how about they also need to have a distinctive belt? Blood having a Build Driver just makes him another movie Riders. Both Space Ginga and Wet Ginga have different belts from the main Riders.

I'm just gonna give my vote of 'Ginga of the Land' to N-Daguva-Zeba.

If I may, we should have the correct term be Dry Ginga. :lolol

During the Zero-One press conference there was mention of "an event" on August 25th.

It's likely the last episode of Zi-O will be a meetup between the two Riders.
