Would make sense after Bandai's short sightedness with King form. |
Jack Form! Hot damn this is gonna be the most expensive summer I've had in ages :lol
|
all I can say is, NEEEEEED, all of it.
|
I liked both Blade and garren Jack forms better than normal and King form. So maybe Id get this sometime? :lol
|
|
Already on the previous page dude, and I hope you just mistyped Jack. :lol
|
Yes I mistyped and I didn't notice it on the other page so my bad :lol
|
Gah, the problem with completing the Blade Riders line is that unless Tamashii Nations at least releases Leangle Jack Form *he should've at least been allowed to use it in the Missing Ace movie* because it wouldn't seem right if only, Blade, Garren, & Chalice had upgrade forms & Leangle just had his base form & bike only, well in my opinion anyways :L.

Put in some pre-orders on Nippon-Yasan for Gridon and Shin like I planned. Also added the Tiger Ranger since pre-orders for him were still open. Glad I don't have to worry about an incomplete Zyuranger team since I didn't want the female version.

Anyways he looks great! Always loved the Jack forms. |
I just like the main riders from Blade in general the three introduced in Missing Ace were assholes especially Glave, not gonna say why cause of spoilers for those who haven't watched Blade or finished Blade and have yet to see Missing Ace.

Yeah that's probably gonna be my ONLY problem with Blade & Garren when I get them this Christmas. I'm doing the pre-order thing for Leangle Ace Form & Chalice Ace Form, getting Blade Ace Form, Blue Spader Bike, & the Garren Ace Form with Red Rhombus Bike Set for Christmas, and then get the Shadow Chaser Bike & Green Clover Bike from either CS Toys or Manderake cause Image Anime has fucking ridiculous prices for the Tamashii Web Exclusive Toku stuff I mean 160.00 plus shipping for the Kyoryuger 2-packs, hell even Nippon Yasan doesn't charge that much for a fucking web exclusive.

What's up with the constant Kamen Rider reveals and zero Sentai reveals?
C'mon Figuarts, you're letting me down! Throw me a bone too! |
Someone from Rangerboard posted some pictures of Mammoth Ranger (not sure about the source of the pictures),

Aw...looking at that Mammoth Ranger box it doesn't match up with the others in design. I was hoping they'd keep the boxes universal in appearance even without the windows like they did with Ptera Ranger.
|
I hope I get my Kyoryu Blue and Green soon =)
|
I have to say that the Kyoryuger individual ranger pose for Souji & Nobu were well done.

Maybe they are testing the waters with the Kyoryu and Hurricane two packs against the individual Zyu ones to see which sells better. |

Oh wow so the two crap core Kyoryu's are in one set?
I might just grab the Nossan Souji set and let that be my representation of the show in figure form. Are preorders up anywhere? |

I guess that is a good excuse to skip Kyoryuger SHFs in general :lol

Kamen Rider is more popular then Super Sentai and Kamen Rider figuarts sell better. Past Super Sentai gets figuarts if there's a new movie or V-Cinema (Hurricaneger) or if there's a new season of Akibaranger. Toei tends to pick popular Sentai seasons for Akibaranger like Dekaranger and Jetman. Quote:

Okay I have to ask, why do whenever I go to any forum that talks about figuarts their always seems to be this prevailing pessimism that Bandai doesn't give Sentai figuarts any attention/they will stop making Sentai figures because they are doing low in sales? I know the fact that pretty much all Sentai figures except for red being Web exclusive means they don't think they will sell well in just retail but they did the same for Wizards and so many other lines and yet I never see so much worry about the other lines. Maybe Bandai isn't releasing any new info on Sentai Figuarts because they think the line needs a small break after so many months of constant releases. I mean since I've started collecting figures in October their have been almost constantly two Figures released each month, and for the one month that doesn't another month has three to make up for it.
Oct: 2 (two single releases) Nov: 1 Figure Dec: 2 Figures(2 pack) Jan: 2 Figures(2 pack) Feb: 3 Figures(single release and a 2 pack) plus the next for months each have at least one Sentai figure coming out for each month. I admit I'm new to figure collecting so I don't know much about Bandai's policies but such a long string of releases and the fact that in 2014 they will have completed the CORE team for three Sentai's in the first half of the year gives me lots of hope for the line. :) |
In Bandai's eyes, Kamen Rider sells better and it seems like Kamen Rider in Japan is more popular overall. It seem like the other Zyuranger Sentai got figures because they were in Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters. Sadly no Abaranger figuarts got announced.
|
It takes them time for them to decide what sentai team to make I mean it's probably gonna be a while for them to start making the rest of Dairanger, the last three Boukengers, any of Magiranger, the remaining Jetman, any Abaranger, any Go-Onger, or any others that are either incomplete or have no releases yet
|
Considering how long it takes to sculpt prototypes and all the other preproduction work involved, I'd expect they'd know some decent amount of time in advance what the next Sentai Figuarts will be.
