Actually, Carol became Captain Marvel after Avengers vs. X-Men, specifically after Mar-Vell was briefly resurrected in the Secret Avengers tie-ins only to sacrifice himself once again in order to stop the Phoenix Force from coming to Earth.

Am I the only one that thinks Tony's new helmet looks similar to Manga Ultraman? Very narrow in the front, thin eyes.

An Iron Man suit that looks similar to an Ultraman suit that looks like Iron Man. My head...

Don't they also have a .75" Ant-Man in a matchbox for $9.99? I think SDCC exclusives may have finally gone too far.
