How do I use that site? The price is fair, I accept that it's my fault for getting into Zenkaiger late, but I've never used Zenmarket before

But basically Zenmarket is a proxy site, so they buy goods on your behalf. You give them money to buy the thing. They charge you a ¥300 service fee for each item. You also have to pay for shipping from seller to Zenmarket warehouse*. *This fee is not always easy to find, and sometimes it's not even calculated until the item ships. But in this case, the seller has listed that the shipping is ¥510 nationwide. Then once the item arrives at the ZM Warehouse, you pay for shipping from them to you. Again, you won't know this until after you bought the item. You can make an estimation based on weight, but ZM will quote you before you have to commit. So the total will be ¥5310 before shipping. Also worth noting is that Zenmarket works on a balance/credits system. You put money into your account and then spend it. Rather than spend when you buy something. This can cause a lot of issues when you put money into your account and then lose an auction. You get your money back, but its as a credit. Adding more funds and withdrawing funds have associated fees. Because you essentially pay for shipping twice, and there's no fee to consolidate orders (unlike some other sites) Zenmarket is good for ordering a bunch of stuff. But small candy toys on their own will end up with more fees and shipping than the item it worth. I still recommend their service but be very careful about scams and bad Yahoo Auction sellers. You have very little protection and recourse if something goes wrong. |
Ah, damn, sound like I'm better off just being patient with Mandarake. So-Do stuff seems to come back into stock fairly regularly, even older stuff like Chronicle Den-O. Not sure if Yu-Do is the same though.

You can set up an email notification on Mandarake whenever an item is in stock,
; although they’re gonna send it to you on Japan time, so their business hours might be late evening/night for you |
Problem is they don't send it as soon as an item comes in stock, it does a check at set times. By morning a lot of new stock sells out. It's better to manually check in the evening

AH yes, this is the SODO figure that completely sold me on the SODO line.
Before I got this figure, I had picked up 1 or 2 SODO randomly at my local market, and thought they were just nice candy toys. After getting Grand Zi-O and realizing the paint potential they had, I was addicted and starting scouring online for them. Just look at the detail on such a small figure! IWAE!! |

Some fun surprising reveals this time around -- Kamen Rider Storious; Super Hero Senki; and Primitive Dragon's creepy book arm! But Book 10 has been fully revealed, so how are these getting released...? Tune in next week to find out, apparently!
