Oh come off it. I'll actually say that W can counter all of Kiva's forms with his own. Default/CJ, Garulu/HM, Bashaa/LT, Dogga/FJ & Emperor/CJX. And the main thing that nabs this in the bag for W is, again, CJX can find your weakness & shoot a rainbow at it.

Here is the thing...of the modern Riders, W is one of the weakest on the power level period. He has style, he has personality, and he can beat his villians. He is on the same power as black or less. Skull is the same...they are like Captain America or Batman. Actually at least Captain A has his sheild, W has almost no defense unless he brings out the tank...hell is is the only rider that NEEDS a tank come to think about it...anyway...he can keep up with the others, but straight up arm wrestling, sorry, not going to happen. ONLY way I could see W winning...Philip sends Fang to fetch dad's violin and threatens to break it unless Kiva surrenders.
After that, Kiva over powers.

Double, therefore, is not that under-powered.

The only way that W wins this is based solely on misplaced fan love. He DOES NOT have the power to beat Kiva. End of story. W can counter his forms? Hell no. Kiva has so many advantages I dont even understand why W has votes. Other than from people voting just because its W. You want to see this end quick? 2 words. Kiva Emperor.

Power doesn't necessarily mean victory.
While I voted for Kiva, you're being too biased against Double. Fact of the matter is, Double can counter Kiva's forms. Sheer versatility on Double's part puts him ahead of the game.

One word: CycloneJokerXtreme. Another word: CycloneJokerGoldXtreme. And furthermore, Double took down Shadow Moon when Decade and Rising Ultimate Kuuga could not. "But that Kuuga was Onodera Yuusless!" Well, that doesn't mean he's powerless. It just means the writer forgot he was Kuuga.
