What part of "can see opponents weakness & exploit it" don't you understand? Emperor V Xtreme, I can see a scenario where W finds Kivat to be his weakness & targets him with the X-Bicker, firing a beam that causes him to become dizzy, desynchronizing Wataru's transformation. Also, this stigma of "W's one of the weakest Riders ever" is just bullshit.

I really dont feel Im being biased. W is one of the weakest Heisei riders out there. Kiva is skilled, fierce, and powerful. This seems like a no-brainer to me. W may be versatile but Kiva is on par versatility wise. So this comes down to a power battle, at which Kiva is vastly superior.

OK then, if Kiva WAS 'far superior' like you say, then it still wouldn't matter much. Because it's like David & Goliath, where Goliath was stronger than David in every way, but David won because he exploited Goliath's Weakness.

No, he doesn't. A sword, a gun, and a hammer versatility doesn't make. His arsenal is so similar to every other Riders' that calling Kiva versatile is an insult to everyone else. His own physical attributes don't change like Kuuga or Agito, his personality stays much the same unlike Den-O, and the weapon doesn't imbue him with some sort of extra ability like OOO or Double. He literally just gets a sword, a gun, or a hammer. That's about it.
Double's arsenal is much the same, but the different abilities he gets with Philip's memories as well as the droids' ability to combine with many of his weapons changes things up a lot.
That, and Double probably has one of the strongest Super Modes, with the ability to instantly pinpoint an enemy's weak spot and strike it for massive damage, free flight, and all 3 of the element memories at once.

Shotaru is cool headed and aggressive, while Philip is calm and analytically. Double can literally fight while reading his opponent for weaknesses. How is this an instant loss for him?

I don't believe that cameo for one second, a more Ultimate version of Kuuga then Ulimate that can make anyone bleed out, can't land one hit on Shadow moon but weakest Heisei rider Double in his standard form can launch Shadow Moon in the air? I call bulls**t. Nobody ever is allowed to use that as evidence of Double's power level EVER.

But it's canon, as is evident in Movie War 2010. Besides, Double always has his (say it with me now):

It's funny because I still voted Kiva. :lol
But saying Double is skirting on popularity and not legitimate strength is just wrong.

Sadly for Double Fans, the 15 vote mark has been passed, and Kiva clinched it :/
