I'd say there's fault on both ends. There's definitely a lot of blame to be laid at Bandai's feet for how little stock they seem to produce of these figures that have, for the past 4 or 5 years consistently now sold out in seconds; but AmiAmi and HLJ absolutely have to clean out their own house in regards to the servers

Bandai could also just not drop so much at once... That'd freaking help the stores a lot.

But also just ramping things up on drop days should have been something quite easily implemented years ago if the stores also cared enough to.

Sorry to all you who missed out. I'm real glad I decided to skip the 2 Riders.. only wanted Shang Chi lol. And even then, I woke up 2.5 hours after the drop and AmiAmi was STILL giving me the connections busy error trying to check out with just him in my cart. Long after the Roku and valks had sold out.. just garbage.

I never had a problem to access to Amiami before...and the trouble started last year.
It's absolute hell to go to their website even in normal time...and it's NOT my computer nor my network as I have this problem everywhere in Belgium.

I don’t order retail Seihou Figuarts any more. It just to freaking crazy they sell out way to fast. I go the webshop route for Seihou easier and you get your preorder. IMO the rider 1 repaint is not worth it and important enough I have the first one and that good enough for me.


Also I think people should stop using amiami they are a shitstorm to deal with they just don’t care about there site crashing every damn time new Seihou go up for preorder. I don’t know why people are still using them find another website to order from the hell with them there crap why would you still deal with there crap after all these years?

If you're not pre-ordering a retail SHF then the rest of their service runs smoothly, the shipping's decent, they have a fantastic pre-owned section, it's easy to cancel with them and they have the occasional good sale. Obviously their server issues for retail SHF Ultras and Riders is bad but otherwise it's a good site

Is that true? I’ve never done it myself because I heard they ban your account if you try.

If you do it too many times, yeah; but there's a couple things I've cancelled with them now and it was fine
