I started buying all my Web-Exclusives from there after things went south at Nippon-Yasan, no issues so far.

Me want and need...also I remember something about the exclusives for the Tamashii show being switched to Premium Bandai release or some form of online release?

The ZI-O one is P-Bandai, I believe. I can't completely understand japanese lol, so I only got the bare minimum of understanding, but Double is still lottery-based. I think he's also P-Bandai, but one thing's certain is that priority goes to Tamashii Club members.

I actually kinda respect them for choosing and basically acknowledging a hard to find/afford release. I don't gotta like it, but I respect the ballsiness.
