I wish the Ghost figures had the horns on the bodies before you put on the jackets. When Specter uses the "Edison Damashii", he has two horns and not one.

That would only mean it would be physically impossible for them to actually wear each other's jackets. You can't make masks with one hole and two holes at the same time. Actually I'm pretty sure just making a mask to put on something with Specter's horns would be difficult enough. And that's not even bringing Necrom into it.

The Spider Lantern "hammer" still looks super weird. Is it supposed to represent a more specific kind of weapon I'm not aware of?

Those new forms look great. We've already seen Benkei and Boost, so it's not a surprise.
