Anyway, the tv asahi website hasn't revealed the main writer. I'm betting on either takahashi or yokote, but hopefully arakawa (and maybe takegami even't though he's going to be 70 next year and might've been retiring)

One thing I notice from the poster is: no one else but him/her (idk what Gavv gender will be lol). No other rider(s), no villain(s), no ally(ies), etc. Interesting. Maybe it will be a one rider show after so many riders being present in Reiwa series (esp. Saber and Geats)? Maybe he is a lone wolf type-a thing?

Everyone talks about Kiva, but I definitely see Hibiki in him. And not only because of the color, but also because of the much more flexible, thin seal (although the frame may be to blame). Also, it is now obvious that the authors of the leaks were familiar with the concept art, but did not see the original costume. The belt is much less noticeable and I didn’t even immediately realize that this was not a Gotchard driver repainted red. And just look how small the teeth are compared to plums.

At a minimum, I will assume that, as in Gotchard, they will try to delay the appearance of other riders. But in any case, we cannot do without the accompanying cast.

Between the black and silver undersuit and the translucent armor and face (Not to mention the collectibles) all I can see is Cross-Z Charge v2 lol. He looks... interesting. Not sure how I feel about the helmet, I get what they're going for with the gummy motif, but to me, it honestly looked AI generated at a glance...

I'm curious as to how the figuarts for Gavv will turn out. Expecting something similar to Cross-Z Charge. As for the tone, I can't help but think it could be close to Geats or Ex-Aid.

Not the best Reiwa suit ever, but not the worst either. Nevertheless, we finally have our second purple Primary, so that's cool. With the biting motif, I was expecting the helmet to look more like Revi with big sharp teeth. At least, I was expecting Gavv to look a lot more dangerous and intimidating like the one from the rumor. Not sure about the giant orange foot or the weird-looking Gochizou thing though.

True. The eyes also remind me of a wasp. Either makes sense, as rabbits and wasps have sweet tooth.

The last time a belt was just called a belt was Kivat Belt 17 years ago and he was sentient, so yeah, it seems even more likely now that Gavv is sentient. Intriguing how the belt is literally named Gavv, like how King-Ohger's mecha is named King-Ohger. Functionally, it has the cranking of Build Driver with the squeezing of Sclash Driver.

So it's the Alien from Alien, but 100% less scary.

I hadn't even considered Yokote, but I'd totally be cool with her writing a Rider show. Shame that Takegami hasn't written anything recently since he gave us so many cool shows in the 90s and 00s. I mentioned Inoue (Toshiki) before, but maybe his daughter should be given a chance, after seeing her good work on Gotchard.

You're right, he does look like Cross-Z Charge! Gotchard also had silver accents, so I'm a little surprised they're doing it again so soon.

Takebe produced Gaim and Geats so I wouldn't be surprised if Gavv has similarities. I mentioned my preference for Build before, but out of Takebe's shows, I'd hope for Kiva as a best case scenario.
