DiEnd has strength in numbers. It would require a very big number, but he still has it. Skull has experience as a fighter. Numbers don't phase him, as shown in his debut:

That is essentially how the fight would go down. Besides, the only thing he really has worth stealing is the hat, and there is no way DiEnd would be able to take that from a man so attached to his hat (except for that one instance he was wearing a different hat).

Since this match up is almost certainly going to end up being based on popularity anyway, I'm going to back my favourite Rider. I haven't seen enough of W yet to really care about Skull other than appearance (he wasn't that badass in the Decade/W movie) and I think Diend can hold his own in a fight without the summon cards. Whether he'd win is a different matter, but I don't see how summon cards is a cheap trick like some people make out. That's what his ability is and he's good at using it - I don't see that many people saying the Gokaigers constant spamming of keys is a cheap trick (apart from Matrixbeast :lol) and that's pretty much the same thing.

You don't want me to get started on the Gokaigers. Oh lord, I could be talking about what's wrong with them all day :lol

Skull wins this easily IMO. Kaito has no chance against Sokichi in a straight up fight. And the knock off Riders and Illusion have no won't work well against the Boss since he's used to be outnumbered.

Yeah, going with Skull on this one. Like I said in the Knight match-up, DiEnd is not going to stick around and go toe-to-toe with a more skilled opponent. The second he sees that Skull can hold his own against whatever gets thrown at him, Kaito will go Invisible and run off.

Just like Diends' last battle he'll lose because its a straight up fight and doesn't have another rider to distract his opponent. Skull and his badassery take this one.

How much a care for a series never really factors into my voting. I mean, I'm a Skull fan, but I admit he had met his match in Kuuga a few days back. And that W was outclassed by Kuuga and Kiva before that.

Well, a certain somebody has managed to convince me that anniversary riders are nothing more than fanwank characters who win against any given rider because that's how their show works. The most Diend has going for him is his lack of a heroic personality, but he simply lacks the strength to take on Skull.

The better question now is who wins in a fight: Kamen Rider Skull or The Skullman? Kamen Rider Skull died for our Heisei sins, but Skullman saved us from 3D TVs being created in the 70's. It's a tough choice.

So, when Diend is against Caucasus (Who can slow time to the point that it's perceived as "Stopped" to someone in Clock Up) and Agito (Who can just rip Diend a new one), Diend gains the magic ability to summon an army of Riders to do his bidding and he's untouchable.
When he goes up against a guy in a hat, he's suddenly a pansy?

It's late justice. If the last round was a one on one battle, Caucasus would've won because most/all the Agito votes would've gone to him.

Well yeah. Again, in almost any 3 way battle I'd give him the advantage simply because he'd allow his opponents to defeat each other or at least weaken each other to the point that he could take them out easily. I think we can all agree that he's a sneaky bastard and that 3way+ battles are his strong suit. In ANY type of one on one battle I'd pick Diend's opponent simply because his tactics are entirely based around "fighting" more than one enemy.

Personally, I'd like to believe people are learning the error of their ways :D. Seriously though, he should have never made it past that fight. DiEnd might have some tricks up his sleeve, but a competent Rider(IOWs, the non-AU ones) should be able to handle them. And honestly, Kaito's probably going to bail in ANY of these fights because their is no treasure in it for him.

Seriously, though, Agito and OOO both disprove your theory pretty easily.

Can't argue Agito, but he did hold off Kabuto (or was it TheBee) in Clock Up by summoning Psyga and IXA, giving us such gems as "Please return it to the life and the god", and "It's showtime! Let's enjoy! Yahoowahahahha", in what was possibly the most painful scene in Kamen Rider history.

Well, I was talking about explicitly anniversary-themed riders... so Diend and Decade. And technically Gokaiger because of the OOO ranger keys, but that's a whole other can of worms. Kabuto pun intended.

Kuuga:

• Wears the Arcle, giving him access to 14 different forms. The belt also has fused with him, making it impossible to remove from him without killing him.
• His 4 standard forms are Mighty, Dragon, Pegasus and Titan.
• Mighty is a balanced fighter.
• Dragon is an azure form that allows Kuuga to be more agile and quicker, although his physical strength is lower than Mighty Form, Dragon Form enables Kuuga to and jump quickly in order to pursue the enemy. However, it also gives Kuuga less protection, yet being better suited for quick movements and more jump power. To make up for the lack of strength, he uses the Dragon Rod staff as his weapon, created by using any pole or stick-like object to manifest it. His finishing move in this form is Splash Dragon, an aerial thrust attack to the torso.
• Pegasus is a green shooting form where Kuuga's senses are heightened to extreme, superhuman levels, enabling him to see, hit and hear his opponents with deadly precision. It also allows Kuuga to detect the enemy's position, despite whatever ability they may have to avoid detection. The downside to this is that it can not be sustained for too long because of the enormous strain placed on the nervous system from over stimulation (only 50 seconds), and if Kuuga exceeds this limit, he shall be knocked back into Growing Form and become unable to transform for two hours. Kuuga uses the Pegasus Bowgun- a crossbow/gun hybrid weapon that can be created out of any gun-like object, commonly Ichijo's hand gun. His finishing move with the bow gun is "Blast Pegasus", an arrow shot from the bowgun after pulling the hammer back to the fullest length.
• Titan is a purple herculean form where his defense is greatly increased, allowing him to withstand most of his opponents' attacks long enough to get in close range, despite sacrificing speed. This form has much larger armor that is mainly silver with large purple trims. Although this armor provides superior protection, it still leaves parts of his body exposed, thus making him still suspectible to damage. He uses the Titan Sword that can be created out of pole or stick-like objects, normally the control handle of his bike. His finishing move is "Calamity Titan", a powerful sword thrust wherein Kuuga twists the blade as it is impaled.
• Each of those forms can be further enhanced into Rising forms, adding golden trim and enhancing their weapons.
• Can turn into Amazing Mighty Form, giving him a lot more power.
• Most Powerful Form: Ultimate.
• His most dangerous form, Ultimate Form combines all the powers of the other forms, Ultmate Kuuga has a much different design colored black with gold (and a little silver) trims all over his body, as well as having five horns on the headcrest, a black belt core and spiky-looking armor. Originally a risk is that the user would lose control and become like Daguba, a monster bent on killing everything in its way. However, due to Godai's gentle nature, he retains his will as he uses the new form against Daguba, retaining the red eye color of Mighty Form as opposed to the original black eyed color. When in battle, Ultimate Kuuga is able to see a monster's human form, every single attack from Kuuga Ultimate causes his opponent to bleed, despite the enemy's powerful armor.
  This form can also utilize the same powers as Daguba including Pyrokinesis.
• Is assisted by the Gouram, which can combine with his motorcycle, the BeatChaser 2000, which can become the BeatGouram. The Gouram can attack opponents too.
• Weaknesses- His kindhearted nature may cause him to hold back against opponents. If he is seriously injured, he will turn into Growing Form and not be able to transform for two hours.

Knight:

• Can travel through the mirror world
• Can summon Darkwing, his contract monster
• Wields the Nasty, Guard, Strange, Shoot, Blast, Trick and Sword Vent cards
• Most Powerful Form- Knight Survive
• Survive is Knight's ultimate form, assumed by using the power of Survive Shippu. In this form, Knight's Rider Visor transforms into an arm-mounted scabbard called Dark Visor-Zwei, which could transform into either Dark Arrow or the Dark Shield. His Final Vent is Shippudan, riding Darkraider as it turns into a missile to run through their opponent.
• In Survive Form, Darkwing becomes Darkraider which in turn can become a motorcycle.
• Weakness- Without his Contract Card, he'll revert to Blank form, a weak form.

Dang, I hope my package with KT Kuuga and Knight arrives by Wednesday (yeah, I coincidentally bought both in the same order).

We have one Rider with good skills and an isane amount of power vs a Rider with great skills but is only moderately powerful. Considering these are two of my favorite Riders, this is a tough call.

I wouldn't say that Kuuga isn't that skilled. He's a talented fighter and totally dedicated to self-improvement. This is a tough one since I love both characters, but I boarded the Kuuga train first and I'm riding it to the end.

All I meant was Knight is the more skilled of the two.

I'm still not sure I'd buy that argument. Does Knight know how to Stomp? :p

Would Kuuga beating up Knight protect people's smiles? Because Kuuga would do anything to protect people's smiles.

He can blow up the Earth (or at least Japan), I don't think "anything" is an option. :p

Mary Suuga just has too much strength at his disposal to lose to Knight. It's just not going to be a fair fight.
