Well, it's two separate actors. Masaki Suda's acting debut was Philip, he wasn't in any shows before that.

The guy at 3:30 is Principal Hayami/Libra :p

And don't sweat mistakenly pinning someone down as Philip. I would've sworn Long (From Gekiranger) as Philip from his first few appearances :lol

She was actually blonde in some of the comics. I put the blonde head on that body because it just looked better than the normal head (MOTUC has Teela, with the design we all know, and then Battleground Teela, which was her design in the original mini-comics) did. However, a few weeks later, I went to read my Superman vs He-Man comic and there was the normal Teela body, but with blonde hair instead of red.

If it wasn't so long and skipped all of the Showa riders, that would have been perfect for me History of Kamen Rider panel.
